The absolute best plumber I’ve ever had….and I have worked with a few. My water heater was leaking and ended up needing to be replaced. DR Jordan came the SAME day I called about the issue, despite having a busy schedule. They ensured I had a water heater that day. Went lengths to explain how things worked to me, safety features etc. You could tell DR Jordan really cares about the customer. The pricing I also felt was very good based on my research. Would absolutely use again for any of my plumbing needs.

Working with Reid on my recent tie in to the city sewer was a pleasure. He was very informative and in good communication at all times. Reed was great. He set up the plumbing to my newly renovated kitchen. I had bought a new faucet that had a manufacturing defect that Reed had brought to my attention. After I purchased a new faucet he came back out and installed the new faucet free of charge. Great Customer Service. Will use again in the future!
