Unbelievable experience! I like to wait before writing a review because usually most companies don't live up to what they say;
but six months after a complete duct work and HVAC-gut and replace due to mold, my home and family are mold free and these guys did it for the right price and more importantly they did the right job. Excellent work, highly recommend.

The company was fast to respond and came out the same day I called. The technician did a great job explaining everything, discussing economical options, and fixing the issue I was having with my air conditioner. I highly recommend using them and plan to continue to use Carolina Heating in the future.

Have used this company for the past three years. A full central unit replacement as well as yearly maintenance and service. Always arrive on time, always respond quickly, they take their time and explain everything to me. They have made a couple of suggestions which I have followed and we have had NO issues. And because they are smaller their prices are great. These guys are “go too”.

Awesome service from start to finish. I called at 8:00am and the call was promptly answered. With it being only in the high 20's that morning with no heat, I was afraid that I would have to wait all day to get someone out. The technician came at 10:00 that morning just as he said he would and fixed the problem. We were up and running! We have used the Carolina Heating and Air Design many times and have always been pleased. I just hate to be cold and was so happy that they could get to us as soon as they did! I have recommended them to all my real estate clients and for good reason! Thank you Carolina Heating and Air Design!

My wife and I had a house fire late last year and were forcd to leave our home for 3 months while our insurance company totally remodelled our home due to fire and water damage. We had to have a new HVAC system installed and this company was chosen to install the system and vent work. Two of their employees were caught on camera stealing things that was not moved out by the restoration company and even loaded up a grill which they were forced to bring back before they were caught going through other areas. The excuse was they are used to working on flip houses and owners appreciate them taking things so they dont have to pay to have it moved. Owner even offered to bribe with a gift certificate when we spoke not to report it to the police! We want justice, not to mention what they took.

Sergio was early to show up, polite, and communicated well. He diagnosed the problem that we were having with cooling and has given new life to our system for a fair price that was much less than we were expecting. When it's time for more maintenance or a replacement system, we know who we are going to call first. Thanks Sergio and Tom!

Nice folks and fair, honest service. Have used them on multiple occasions including once where one of the local big name places quoted me 2x what Carolina Heating & Air Design did the job for (new unit to replace broken one). Highly recommended.

These guys are knowledgeable, local and fixed our A/C unit on short notice on one of the hottest days of the year. They’ve worked on our units for the last couple of years and do quality work. If you live in the Weddington/Waxhaw area, give Tom and his crew a call!

Charlie came out to check our duct work for leaks and inspect are ac unit. He was thorough and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Charlie was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and fast! It's very assuring to have someone honest working on your home! I highly recommend them and wouldn't dream of calling anyone else!
