The installation was efficient. Everything seems to work. The compressor for the AC is huge. I was not made aware of this prior to installation. The compressor now has to be moved since it blocks the view into my backyard. The function of the thermostat was not explained well. I am learning by trial and error.

Bradham did an excellent job replacing a gas furnace. They installed the furnace the next day after I gave them the contract after evaluating 3 businesses. They are extremely professional and bring the expertise that is critical when installing a gas furnace.

The friendly staff (the nice ladies that answer the phone, Rusty, Alan, and Michael), are very professional, and super knowledgeable about every aspect of an HVAC unit, they send pictures and a mini-profile of the technicians before they arrive for safety. I had a damper issue and called on 4 other HVAC companies in the past two months, but only the Bradham team figured it out. Thank you, Bradham! You're a lifesaver!

Is a Friday afternoon and my Mom's heat stops working. This company came out FAST and wasted no time figuring out the problem and letting me know the cost of the fix. The fix was complete within 30 minutes. The worker was so polite and to the point without a waste of time. I couldn't be happier with the service I received today. I even think the part (mother board) was a great price with labor added in. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you for helping my Mom out. 5 star service from a 5 star company!

Michael Devinney came out today to fix our A/C. He was on time, knowledgeable and very friendly. We’re glad to say that we’ll continue to use Bradham Brothers for all our HVAC needs!
