Alex and Eric did an outstanding job for me with servicing my broken AC. They responded within 2 hours of me calling this morning and speaking with most helpful Gail. They all went far beyond the needed service, and deserve an A+++. Will surely sign up for their service contract and highly recommend to others.

Bradham Brothers arrived very quickly on Christmas Day despite many outages due to the extreme cold. They were cheerful, polite, and quick to take care of a frozen drain and other maintenance issues that had stopped our furnace working. I’ve used Bradham Brothers for over 15 years for all of my HVAC maintenance and repair work. I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality HVAC company. I have them maintenance my system 2x a year and always know to call a couple months in advance to get on the books. They are always on time, polite, respectful and thorough, discussing any issues they encounter and suggesting an appropriate remedy.

EDIT: I spoke with the owner, he was very friendly and understanding of my concerns. He presented a solution that I believe was more than fair.

I had to replace a Thermal Expansion Valve on a 4 yr Trane system.The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and completed the task in 2 hours. Unfortunately, after speaking with several HVAC professionals it appears I was egregiously overcharged for this task. ($1200) I spoke with the service manager, who emphasized that this is a normal rate for this job. I’ve used Bradham Brothers exclusively for 9 years up until this point, and know 5 other households ( I’ve recommended) that also use them. Unless this is made right, they will not only be losing my business, but the other 5 families as well.

I was totally satisfied with the repair. The technician was straight forward, effective and friendly. I researched a number of companies and I'm glad I chose Bradham Brothers.
