We recently built a pool house and wanted to have a couple of electrical outlets installed. Bradham Brothers was very professional, sent me a picture of my technician, and completed the work in a timely manor. I am thrilled with the result and would recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future

Alex arrived fairly quick than I had imagined. I explained both units were not running and had been out for a couple of weeks. He checked the attic unit and then went to the outside units. He found a bad capacitor that would need to be replaced & the cost for the parts/labor. I agreed and he replaced the capacitor with a new capacitor. Reset the breaker and both units started working. Checked inside that that cool air was coming out of the vents and I felt very happy. Alex waited 10-15 minutes to make sure everything was okay. During this time he inspected both units including putting gauges on each unit to check Freon levels and found that none would be needed. He also made suggestions for me to consider. I thanked him for the assessment, quick repairs and maintenance checks of both systems including getting AC working on Warm day! I have used them before and will use the again!

Response very customer friendly from receptionist to maintenance person who arrived within the hour. The problem turned out to be a simple one - dead batteries in the thermostat - but service technician went beyond and inspected unit, etc. which need cleaning and service. I understood explanations and my questions were answered. The fee was $90 for the service call,

Several years ago, I used Bradham Brothers to install 2 sets of air/heat systems (upper and lower). They did a great job, are really nice people, and offered a good price. I highly recommended them to neighbors, who all went with Bradham and had similar experiences.

However, over the last couple of years, I have had 2 issues pop up: one ended up being something covered under warranty, and most recently a gas line leak. For the warranty work, they a service fee of around $90, and for the leak they charged me for the repair AND the same service fee. It would seem to me, service fee should be waived if a repair is done, especially on the warranty item.

Isaac was a professional and right on time after hours. Diagnosed the issues and immediately fixed our A/C. We got a good nights sleep because of Bradham Bros and our amazing technician. Thanks!

Bradham Bros. has been servicing my A/C unit since I purchased a heating system from them in 1998. I trust them because they are always up front and honest about what really needs to be done. They are professional and courteous . If I have to replace a heating or cooling system, I would choose Bradham Bros.

Bradham Brothers installed a dehumidifier & new thermostat on our Trane HVAC system for independent control of the humidity in our house. They did an excellent job.

HVAC technician replaced fan motor in heat pump and topped up refrigerant. AC working well now. Technician was friendly and it was obvious he knew what he was doing.

I have used Bradham Brothers in the past for electrical work. They installed a new main service panel and generator connection. I am happy with that work also.

I recommend Bradham Brothers for HVAC and electrical work.

My complaint was A/C was not cooling. The tech took pressure readings but could not determine if coolant was low. He said that outside unit needed cleaning before he could tell. He wanted $129 to do that. I did not agree but told him to do it. He did and came back with pressure readings that showed freon was low. He wanted over $200 per pound for that. It took 2 lbs. I asked if he checked the system for leaks after he filled it. He said they did not do that for an old system. If they found a leak it would cost thousands of dollars to repair or replace the part. He would do the check for another $179 (I think that was right.) That should have been part of the job for a coolant leak! I asked how much was he into me at this point. It was about $750 dollars and would be close to a $1000 to do the check. So, I paid $750 to add 2 lbs of freon to a low system. I told Jake that it was either airflow or a low charge when he arrived! I believed you folks screwed me!
