The service technician, Joeseph, was very knowledgeable, transparent and professional. He explained to me what the problem was, told me what my options were and the cost, and repaired my air conditioning system in less than an hour. He was really personable, and I appreciated his candor about the situation. I highly recommend using Bradham Brothers For all your HVAC needs and services.

Upstairs A/C would not run. Bradham Brothers technician promptly determined that the unit’s capacitor had burnt out. He had a replacement in his truck so he was able to immediately resolve the issue.

Excellent and professional service, simple quick repair of an electric fault in the indoor air- handler, consistent with what I observed when unit failed in heating season (and not used since)
Staff courteous and knowledgeable, BUT they checked the freon pressure of outside unit without asking me (I heard a loud hiss from my unit when techician was there), I was told freon pressure measured slightly low , that unit will still cool, but marginally, and a $200+ pound of Freon would assure longer period trouble-free cooling. I am concerned that checking freon pressure unnecessarily (without consulting me) created part of that low reading. I appreciate excellent and fast repair, but am left a bit disquieted.

Had multiple quotes but decided to check out Bradham after seeing their reviews on nextdoor. They were prompt, answered all our questions and I loved the financing options that were available going thru them. Got on the books quickly and their guys were out here on time. They were professional and courteous. Had our entire system replaced and installed in a day. Would definitely use them again.

My most recent experience with Bradham Brothers came much quicker than expected. A roofing mishap resulted in a gash to the main line of my system. I called B.B and they arrived within a couple of hours. They assessed the situation (which was in a fairly tricky area) and had it repaired in a timely manner. I was shown pictures and had the repair and cost explained to me.
Alan was the lead technician. He and his colleague are professional, knowledgeable and experienced. They cleaned up the area before leaving. I’ve had 3 appointments with them. The first and third being outside the scope of routine work. I highly recommend this company.

First Class!!! We bought this house recently. B Brothers has service house since the late 80's. The technicians knew the history of the unit and the house. The able to share things with me that I didn't know. Their honesty and professionalism is outstanding. It's hard to find honest HVAC folks Bradham Brothers are the best.

From the office staff to the infield staff great people very knowledgeable, personable wonderful people to represent your company. Michael did a wonderful job servicing our equipment and making recommendations, never felt any pressure to buy something that we did not want or need. Gary came out and gave us a quote same day again a great guy and a great experience. Would recommend for all your HVAC needs.
