This was a maintenance visit. Tristan was courteous and helpful and handled everything professionally. .

Only thing I would suggest is showing the itemized receipt at the end of the visit (could show on ipad) even if the written copy has to be sent later (which he did). I just like knowing what I’m paying for upfront in itemized form.

We have now had two fantastic experiences with this company. Luckily for us, we have had Brandon come out to our house, first to fix our heating system, and most recently our AC unit. He is professional and honest when explaining the issues that he has found. When dealing with these complex systems we know there is going to be a cost to the repairs, but we never feel like we are being up-charged OR up-sold to get our house back up and running. HIGHLY recommend!

Edited 2/2023: They do electrical work by the job (not hourly + job)! Just had my GFCI upgrade to the panel, doorbell replaced, and a receptacle for the TV installed above the mantle. Excellent work, and fair price!

My mother used them for years and when I got my house twenty years ago I have been using them too! Great service, no sales pushes, replaced old HVAC units and installed new ones, local and not a franchise. Highly recommend calling them and using them!

Always polite and friendly. Sent out a technician very quickly who addressed the problem with our air conditioner and fixed it, keeping me informed of the process along the way. Very professional and nice. We’ve used Bradham Brothers for 30 years and they always take care of us.

They arrived about 2 hours after I called. Diagnosed the bad igniter and replaced it. Said annual maintenance was not needed after inspection. I trust Bradham Bothers. They’ve earned it. Very courteous as well.

Last night the air wasn't cooling. Realized the fan outside wasn't coming on. I called Bradham this morning and by 1:30 had cool air once again. They replaced the capacitor. They had they part on hand so I didn't have to wait. The technician, Joseph, was wonderful. He was pleasant and professional. Also bonus points - they texted me a picture of him and even a little biography plus a link to follow his progress in route to me. Very happy with entire experience.

I had some sconces and chandeliers replaced and Collin and Justin did a great job. They were polite, efficient and very tidy. The price was also very reasonable. I will continue to use Bradham for electrical work.

Mike arrived right on time. He installed a new mini split in our bonus room and did a fabulous job. Very polite, professional and friendly. Left our home as clean as he found it. I would highly recommend Bradham Brothers and Mike.

My husband and I just bought a new house and it had all kinds of hot and cold spots from the A/C. I’ve used Bradham for over 20 years, I called them and they sent someone out that day. The issue was fixed and now we are enjoying a comfortable temperature house saving energy too since we don’t need to compensate for hot zones.
