All Climate Heating & Cooling

After calling all local and several companies in Charlotte, all of which said that it would be Monday or Tuesday of the following week before they could come out, today is Friday. Temperature in the house was 92 and 95 outside. I stumbled across the number to All Climate while searching Google. I gave them a call and got their voicemail, left a message and before I could put the phone down, Greg gave me a call back. He asked a few questions to get an idea of what my problem was, and gave me a timeframe of about an hour to an hour and a half before he would be there. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem, explained to me the issue and went over the pricing before beginning the repair. He made the needed repairs promptly and at a very good rate. The service was exceptional and Greg now has a customer for life. I would highly recommend if you have any issues with your unit to give All Climate a call. You will not be disappointed in the service that you receive. Twenty minutes after he has left the temperature in the house has dropped to 88. Thanks Greg!

I was fortunate to work with Greg. He diagnosed my problem and gave me a temporary option of refilling my Freon, and the best option of replacing my aged unit. The quote was fair. Greg's honesty, knowledge, and professionalism made it a no brainer. He worked to get a replacement unit and called me throughout the process. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys!

Greg was very knowledgeable. I think he had the problem diagnosed over the phone by asking me a few quick questions. Once he arrived he quickly opened up my compressor and confirmed the problem, replaced the part at a fair price and we were good to go. He didn't try to sell me anything extra. Oh, and I must mention, this was on the 4th of July. He took my call in person and was there in a prompt manner to get me cool again. I would highly recommend him.

These guys are awesome. Came out when we called at 10:30pm and stayed identifying and fixing the problem until midnight. They ran through tests of all the possible issues and explained everything in detail as well as pricing (which was very reasonable). They were very extremely knowledgeable and professional and really went above and beyond. My AC is running great and these guys are now my go-to hvac servicemen.

This company advertise that they do fireplace gas log service and repair. My logs just set off my co2 alarm over the weekend. I was told upon calling this morning that since they did not install it they wouldn't help me at all.
