This is the best company I have ever used. Unit died on a holiday week they came the day before the holiday, brought the whole team and even worked thru lunch to get it all done in one day. Professionally finished job and cleanup and even fixed some design issues from prior units installation. Best looking and running hvac system this house has ever had. There just aren't enough stars for this kind of service and price.

I received an estimate from Israel Worek to install a heat pump line set and was quoted $1800, which included labor and materials. On the day of installation, he said he couldn't find the lineset so he asked if he could use the one I had purchased and he would refund me the $500 cost for the part. When installation was complete he said the cost would be $2000 for everything. I proceeded to ask him why, and he said he had to add $700 worth of R410a freon into the system which he said my system took 11lbs of freon. But I was confused why $1800 quote for parts and labor didn't include freon? I did not really question him about it, because he seemed honest. I proceeded to pay him for the installation. A few days later, and upon further examination of my heat pump installation manual, it said my complete system comes fully charged for up to 15ft of line set. I then asked Israel about it, and he said they emptied the freon b/c it was no good. Not sure how you tell freon is no good. Didn't know it spoils. He told him they didn't recover it, but rather empty the system into the air. I have video proof from my security cameras that they did no such thing. Isn't that an EPA violation, anyways? Why does he even have his HAVC license? Buyer Beware!!! He sounds very honest, and he tells you alot of things that he will do, but make sure you watch him! because more than likely, all the things he said he did, will probably not be done.

Israel and his team did a great job, they came and installed a new unit in a couple of hours, tore out the old, and cleaned everything up really well, I was really pleased with everything, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, if you need work done call them, you won’t be disappointed!!
