Tech Israel answered my call on 1st try. He asked questions throughly before he came out. He arrived in the time frame that was promised. He was very professional and informative on my system problems. He explained all the repairs and why it was important they needed to be done before he started repair. I actually started using Air Carolinas when I purchased a Groupon to have my duct work and dryer vents cleaned. Israel was very courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to speak with. He actually told me my ducts and dryer vents were not that bad and showed me pictures to prove it! Not only that, but he installed guards around my vents on the side of the house to keep the birds from nesting in there. That was 5+ years ago and I have never thought of using anyone else. Israel is true to his word in regards to 24 hour emergency service. He has come to my house while I was at work, on a holiday weekend, and even when my family was gone on vacation.
