I had an issue with regard to one of my cooling units not working properly. I contacted Adams and was able to easily set an appt for a technician to assess the problem. He was on time, was very knowledgeable and after assessing the issue, checked the entire system thoroughly to make sure everything else was in working order. I would highly recommend Adams and would not hesitate to call them again with any heating or cooling needs.

These people are the truth! They tell you exactly what you need and they do not try to push you into products or services that you don't need. With Adams I am always sure of prompt, courteous service and most important, qualified technicians who know their stuff and welcome questions as I trail my tech around and ask all kinds of questions about coolants and heat exchangers and spring cleaning the coil...for well over a decade now.
I know first hand they back their service all the time year after year...and I have experienced that dedication from the front desk and making an appointment to sending reminders about check-ups, Adams is Number 1 in my book.

We currently have a service contract with Adam's to come out and perform routine maintenance on our 30 year old AC unit and furnace.

Their customer service is excellent. Whenever I've called in with a question about an upcoming appointment I always get the same person, and she is always courteous and professional. The techs that come out to service our unit are on time and take their time to explain everything they've done and any potential issues they see. Would reccomend.

Contracted with Adams HVAC IN 2015 on recommendation of friend. They have been to notch in service competence, professionalism, management and communication. Their staff always friendly and on time. They installed new systems at a home we bought in 2019 and recently diagnosed and repaired ductwork in another home. They have a mgmt infrastructure that ensures timely thorough communication and escalation of issues. I have confidence in Adams HVAC and recommend them without hesitation

The AC unit in our 2.5-year-old home broke for the third time this summer. We called for a same-day repair and the friendly voice on the line scheduled us a visit for that evening after work. Eddie, the tech, is incredible. He was so friendly and explained everything each step of the way in layman's terms. Definitely knew his stuff. He ran a ton of diagnostics and our AC has worked better since his visit than it did the first day we moved into the home. They were all transparent with pricing, so I knew what I owed for the diagnostic. I will call them for all heating/cooling needs going forward!

I can't say enough good things about Adams! They recently replaced our hvac system and all of our ductwork. Their project manager, Marco Ferreira who worked with us, was amazing! He redesigned the ducts, giving us much better and more efficient airflow. All of their employees that we dealt with, especially Juan and Rafeno, who came and worked on our house were very professional and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend Adams to anyone who cares about their home and the air quality inside.

We had our HVAC and furnance installed 10 years ago with Adams Heating & Air. They were very professional and very hard working. Our attic is a tight area to work in and they got the job done quickly and efficiently without complaining. The office is very helpful in answering all my questions I have had over the years. I would recommend them to anyone and am grateful that they do "well done" service.

Adams Heating and Air has installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Their technicians are on time, friendly, and professional. They do a very good job. When my old furnace was giving me problems, they would come in a couple of hours when it was cold and I had no heat. I would definitely recommend them.
