The success of a company is due to its work team. I wanted to quote in this company when I checked the reviews, and from the first call they did not leave me alone; Thanks to Michelle, she was looking for someone to help me in Spanish and she didn't let my call get lost, followed by the seller Marco, who took great care of us and wasted no time in visiting us, looking for the best options for us. The installation technicians arrived at the agreed time, focused on their work and with the best of attitudes, thanks to each of them Juan, Esdras and Daniel for giving “La Milla Extra”. I wish them success in that company and many blessings. The same thing happened to me as one of the reviews, my insurance company sent me a company that never returned my call to let me know the type of machine they were suggesting me, I called 3 other companies, one the seller never communicated, another did not I had neither help in Spanish nor immediate appointments but they came a couple of days after my call and the quote was too expensive, the third was a disaster since the arrival of the seller / owner.

Truly 5 stars for Adams and his entire team. I motivate you to call them and check it out for yourself. Thanks for our new, quiet, and modern A/C.

She was friendly and knowledgeable, and quickly set up an appointment for a service rep to visit and run a diagnostic the same day. I appreciate the prompt and professional response! Service tech arrived quickly and was able to diagnose and fix the issue very professionally. I would highly recommend Adams Heating & Air Conditioning!

We have had Adams Heating & Air Conditioning work on our houses since 1995. John's staff has always been great to deal with from our first emergency call to the last minor issue and everyone in between.
As an Architect specializing in Residential projects, I never hesitate to recommend Adams Heating and Air Conditioning to clients and friends.

We contracted with Adams to install a new AC unit for our home. They gave us a great price compared to the other quotes we received. All the representatives we worked with were great including the one who measured our home to make sure we got the right size unit. The representatives who installed the unit were on time, consulted with me on what they wanted to do and cleaned up afterwards. And the unit has performed exceptionally well. When we experienced a problem, they sent someone out to check the unit and found that it was due to a clogged discharge line and not a problem with the new unit. We are very satisfied with our experience with Adams.

We've been using Adams for over 10 years now and on 3 different properties. We had an issue several weeks ago with one of our systems and Chris came out to our home to figure out the issue. We decided that it wasn't worth putting more money into our old system and that it was time to replace it and make the necessary ductwork modifications so that we could finally be comfortable in our home.

The consultant they sent out was excellent. Marco was extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and wasn't pushy at all. We must have emailed him over a dozen times with questions and he was always quick to respond. The minute we decided to move forward, Marco guided us through every step of the way.

I can't say enough great things about the installation team. We had a few of their mechanics at the house. They job was completed over the course of a few days - they were fast, polite and treated our home with respect. They were even able to fix an issue with the HVAC drain lines, that 2 plumbing companies I had at the house couldn't figure out. On the last day, a senior mechanic came by the house (Juan?) to wrap up a few loose ends and do a final review of the system. Extremely knowledgeable and polite just like the other mechanics. What was also surprising is that they left my attic cleaner than how they found it. A++

I have had Adams servicing and installing new furnace for about 15 years now. They are always professional and will 'make it right' if there are any concerns. They work well with people with busy schedules and respect the customers time.

I can't say enough good things about Adams! The entire process from sales to installation was customer-focused and top notch service! I'm a first-time home buyer and the HVAC was my first investment in a repair/upgrade.

My unit was failing six months after buying the house and the service technicians mandated by the home warranty were lacking in customer service and unable to solve the problem. When it was finally determined that my system needed to be replaced with a bigger unit, I left the home warranty service provider and started my own research. I compared quotes from four different companies.

The sales consultant I worked with from Adams, Marco Ferreira, was so knowledgeable about my technical issue and beyond helpful when it came to choosing a complete new system. I had a lot of questions with this being my first home and first HVAC experience. Marco never tired of answering my questions and did a great job educating me on brand reputation and models for my options. His communication was professional and prompt - something I valued greatly after weeks of unsuccessful service technicians before Adams. He was conscious of my budget and very thorough when we discussed price, not only of the system, but the whole process. I was pleasantly surprised when he stopped by my home to check in on the install (even though he's not a service guy) - that's great customer care! The service team assigned to my project was led by Juan and I'm so thankful! He was polite, friendly, and always stopped to answer my questions when I was observing the work! He ran into messier ductwork than expected while working on my home and never hesitated - he simply tackled the project with the same focus on quality and timeline for completion! His team cleaned up nicely when they were finished and I feel confident the install was performed with excellent care because Juan is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems!

Even after the install, Marco checked in to help me learn about my new thermostat and talk to me about energy efficiency and regular maintenance. His knowledge and friendly, professional attitude made this horrible experience as smooth as it possibly could've been! Highly recommend!

I was fortunate to have Chris and Corey out to our house today to replace a heat exchanger. We are in the process of trying to get our house in order to sell.

We unfortunately found a crack in the heat exchanger and a short in our thermostat.

We have dealt with Adams for almost thirty years and had also dealt with Jim at the main office. I spoke with Jim yesterday about our need for a new heat exchanger and by about 1:00 PM today, all the work was done.

Chris and Corey did a great job and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was in tip top shape.

I could not have asked for a better experience especially since we were under some time constraints.

I would highly recommend Chris and Corey and of course, Adams Heating and Air Conditioning.

I highly recommend using Adams for any HVAC needs. Forrest is extremely professional and honest. He fixed our AC at 10 pm on a Sunday evening (same day request) during the middle of the summer. We are so appreciative of his help. I will continue to use Adams because of how wonderful our experience has been.
