Jason Corley came to my home and was in & out very quickly & knew exactly what was wrong with our humidifier. He is very knowledgeable. Adams Heating & Air installed my original unit almost 30 years ago and it is still working. So glad we took advantage of their Service Check-Up Program over the years. Their employees are courteous and thorough in their work. They are careful not to soil carpets, whether they have been working in a dusty attic or muddy crawl space. When I call Adams I know I can rely on excellent service, quality work, and reasonable prices.

We have used Adams Heating and Air for over 15 years. They service our home ACs and furnaces twice a year. Any of the techs they have sent have been courteous, knowledgeable and can fully explain their findings so I can understand them. They are realistic about whether it makes financial sense to repair or replace (a part or an entire unit), as well as about how long we can most likely wait to do a service or a repair/replace. They are able to give estimates of the cost immediately, unless the entire unit needs replacement. When a unit needs replacement, a specialist comes out to examine the house and to recommend the most efficient unit. I would most definitely recommend them.

I got home one of these warmer than normal Spring days and realized my air was not working at all. I called Adams Heating and Air and they had after hours guy on call. He was there within 30 minutes and diagnosed my problem within 15 minutes with no extra charge for after hours appointment. I would recommend Adams Heating and Air to anyone and have to all my friends. The Tech was friendly and very thorough. I would definitely use Adams again.

If you are reading this review you probably already know that getting a brand new A/C unit is a complex decision with a lot of variables and moving parts. What brand should I get?, what contractor should I go for? How much do I pay?

Getting the right brand is as important as the contractor that will install and support the unit in the next couple of years.

The team at Adams installed a 16 SEER TRANE unit and we couldn't be happier. Our sales/technical advisor was Forrest. He patiently worked with us to give us the best possible unit for an amazing price. He was there throughout the entire process, from sales pitch to installation and checkups after installation. TRANE units are typically more expensive than other lesser known brands but Forrest gave us a very competitive offer.

The installers were absolutely amazing too. Daniel and Rufino worked almost 10 hours to get the system up and running on the same day. My house posed a lot of challenges and they were able to work through them. They even came back after the installation to change some of the air ducts to make sure that some of the rooms were getting enough air.

The final product is great. The new A/C feels 150 times better than the older one. The system is an efficient beast. Even during 100+ degree days the house is comfortable, the system is quiet and the installation looks perfect.

At the end, I am very happy with my unit and with the service that Adams provided.

We have had nothing but GOOD experience with Adams Heating and Air Conditioning. The service people have always come within the time frame they have given me.. Our furnace is "elderly" now, and we would have believed them had they told us we needed a new unit. But they keep it "in tune", and give it the service needed to keep it running yet another year. I've used Adams now for my fall and spring service and my service guy Dave is great. I wish every person cared this much about doing a good job as he seems to. I feel he goes above and beyond to diagnose problems and doesn't cut the job short even if he's behind. I'll continue to do business with Adams and Dave.

We have been Adams H&C customers for fifteen years and have no reservations whatsoever in recommending them for installation and ongoing services for all heating and air conditioning needs. Response for service has been prompt and any needed repairs have been done expeditiously and at a reasonable cost. We have now purchased three separate units from them and have no complaints whatsoever.

We moved into a forty year old condominium and Adams installed a new HVAC system for us. They were able to use the existing heating and just add A/C but it was very difficult to mesh the old and new. They stayed on top of it, did not charge extra to make it work and from pricing to final inspection did an excellent job.
