Adams began work for us as the HVAC contractor for the renovation of our new house, and we were very happy with their work throughout the renovation. When we recently needed to replace our furnace, we got bids from Adams and from another company that we've had good business with. Adams' bid was lower and Jim Williamson took plenty of time to identify better airflow options throughout the house in order to improve the heating. The work was done promptly and professionally.

Love Adams Heating and Air Conditioning. We have great service and they explain what needs to be done clearly. The work is professionally done and we don't have to worry about it being done right. We love the service staff comes when they say so I'm not waiting around for an appointment. Also, unlike other providers, Adams keeps records on my system including my odd air filter sizes. No need for repeat visits with Adams! We recommend them highly. We've used others and will never again!

We have been with Adams for about 4 1/2 years; when they installed our new air condition unit. I felt sorry for the tech because it was probably the hottest day that summer, and he had to climb a ladder with the unit to install it in our garage; he did not complain once! We have had their service contract ever since and we are very pleased with the service.

Great Service, Great Price, No Pressure! After bidding to multiple companies, I chose Adams to replace my upstairs heat pump. Marco was honest and upfront about the options and prices for replacing the old unit. I was so impressed with what he and the Adams team offered, I decided to replace my downstairs unit as well. Adams Heating and Air is currently working on a huge project at my job. They have been here for the last few weeks replacing 4 ancient units with brand new ones. The supervisor Adrian is always very friendly and professional and says good morning to me everyday. All of the technicians seem to really respect him and are eager to learn from him. I am shocked every day how well they work together, I have never seen a group of guys let alone vendors get along so well. I am used to feeling so much negative energy and hostile vibes from vendors getting aggregated with each other, defiantly not the case here. They have been working very efficiently and always clean up their work space behind them every day. They always make sure they are out of the way when they need to be and make sure not to interrupt business. I have had an amazing experience with Adams team of guys so far. Adams installed my heat pump several years ago and has provided very good service as needed. Their staff are knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a good company with which to do business because I felt Adams provided a good product and responsive service at a competitive price.

We have used Adams for several years after running into problems with another company. Adams people have always been on time and willing to discuss our system. Even called them for information when installing a system at our beach house.

While living in London we had house sitters and had an annual contract with Adams. It was a great relief knowing that our HVAC system was being well maintained while we were gone. We always got a copy of the report so we could arrange to have any issues addressed.
