This company is the worst in every aspect, no communication, no payment, very vague in information. Please do not do any business with 23rd. Group, LLC you will NEVER get paid. The reason this company got one star from me is because it won't let you post the review without giving a star!

We are an HVAC company IN THE Philadelphia area. 23rd Group requested our services July 2016 . We completed the service same day. it is now Dec 30,2016 an we have not been paid for our services... I have contacted the company, have email chains and even reached out to Greg Ross the owner yesterday. I received a "shut her up phone call" from Kevin Mapleton insuring me the check is in the mail... as of Dec 20th (did not have the check # for me) ...We deal with many management companies this company is deplorable .Burn us once.I HOPE ALL CONTRACTORS STAY CLEAR... POOR POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES..
