23rd Group, LLC

We have been doing work as a vendor for 23rd Group for about a year. Never had any problems. Staff is knowledgeable & respectful. They give us a good amount of work and pay within agreed times. Highly recommend them.

23 Group Is a national provider i have been working with since Aug of 2016 covering the Los Angeles and Orange County California areas. We have done many work orders and have never had any issues. All the people are great to work with, very kind and professional.

Definitely do not do work for this management group!! We've done plumbing work for them for a bout a year or so always got paid, late but got paid. Now all of a sudden they are having a hard time paying their invoice and yes invoices were turned in properly with signatures etc. and they still have the nerve to send out another service order!!! Sorry cannot send out until your bills are paid!! Contractors please beware!!!

Our company reached out to Shauntia to discuss 23rd group taking over some of our clients. We are restructuring, and are no longer able support. She was rude on the phone call…. Almost like she had something else to do. Very unprofessional. We have chosen to go another direction. All Facilities.

Excellent facility management company with great employees. Great communication all the way through management and work assignment platform is easy to read and understand. Payment request and actual payments have always been processed in a timely manner with no issues. Great company and a pleasure to do business with!

When job is complete and all paperwork is complete (important!), you get an email when payment for services will be rendered.

From my experience as a vendor for them, 23rd Group does pay their vendors, and are a very respectable company to work with. Their whole staff is always easy to talk to and are very helpful with scheduling, billing, parts, etc. I highly recommend 23rd as a company to use/become a vendor for!
