The Comfort Guru Heating and Cooling

We compared them with another local hvac buisness and the comfort guru was more than willing to work as hard as they can to be the best price and service available. They worked with us through several estimates before we locked on to what we wanted. The install in my opinion is very clean and tidy. Everything looks like it was done with thought and time taken. The wait time once we knew what we wanted was very minimal even with a defect with one of the units. They had a new unit way faster then I expected. Their installer said it was the first carrier brand of mini splits he has installed and it looks well worth the money. So far i am impressed and would recommend anyone to take a look at them.

I am very happy with Comfort Guru! Cherie was great in letting me know the days and times to expect the team and was super nice and friendly. Aaron was very thorough in his assessment of what my HVAC needs were. I had a 2 head mini split system installed upstairs and a new return duct/floor register added to the main floor. Mark and Anthony were the installers and were awesome--they did a great job all around! Everything came out great and they did their best to accommodate all of my requests. They also were conscientious about cleaning up the areas where they had worked and they were always respectful. Scott was great at overseeing all the work! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Comfort Guru to anyone who needs an HVAC company.

The Comfort Guru has taken care of our rental property's HVAC needs since they installed the unit. I couldn't be more pleased! Not only are their prices very reasonable, but all of the staff are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

Sueanne and her office staff are always available for any scheduling or questions, and they make sure our system is maintenanced on a regular basis. With a busy lifestyle, I'm grateful for their courtesy calls to remind me it's time to schedule maintenance.

The Comfort Guru is the best!! I got many, many quotes for a mini-split remodel and after meeting Aaron and seeing his prices I knew I wanted to go with them. He's very knowledgeable and easy to work with and felt I could trust what he was telling me and his work ethic. When it came time to order and install, SueAnn was so responsive and quick to communicate. And Mark did a wonderful job on the install.

A few months later, my oil furnace went out and Aaron came over to see what could be done on a system installed in 1957, lol. He tried to make it work and found parts on ebay and successfully cleared my clogged lines because I didn't have the funds for a full upgrade. Long story short, I ended up going with a mini split install afterall and really appreciate Aaron's efforts at helping me out. Cherie was wonderful at coordinating install pricing and very easy to work with. Mark and Anthony were the installers and were such a pleasure to work with!! They were so respectful of my house and kept things so clean and tidy and are very kind, sweet, knowledgeable people. (They also came back early on the next Saturday morning to wrap a few things up that could have waited until Monday). Bryce came back a few weeks later to commission the unit and was wonderful to work with.

After considering every HVAC company in the area, we ultimately decided to go with Comfort Guru because of their customer service and overall demeanor. Every encounter, from the first phone call to our inspection, was above and beyond courteous and Cherie and Aaron were easy to work with every step of the way. Our new furnace and ducts are perfect, and we're so glad we went with the Guru!

This company is great and has been an absolute pleasure to work with since the first phone call. Aaron is an incredibly personable and knowledgeable individual. He came to my house and provided a quote within a day after he took measurements. He made me feel heard, catered to my requests, and priced and excellent unit that balances my wants and needs.

Cherie had excellent communication the entire time. Due to covid and the whole world having shipping delays my unit was only a couple weeks late but Cherie called me weekly to provide updates and excellent customer service. She has a great attitude!

On the install day the guys called to confirm the day before, showed up on time, were very professional and cared about my home. I was able to get to know them a little over those 2 days of install, they are also a pleasure. Russ, Mark, and Anthony took their time to do things right and clean. My indoor unit is in my garage under the house, after they left my floor was cleaner than when they started! I work from home and they were quiet, non intrusive, and super professional. I really enjoyed this install team as they took time to answer all of my questions, take a close look at the materials, and never hesitated to stop and explain how things worked. Even with all my questions they still completed the project when they said they would and finished with all smiles and a few laughs. These guys were also health conscious, always wore a mask if they needed to come inside and also wore the boot covers to not track in any dirt.

My old heat system was Propane, the install crew made sure they capped off the old propane lines safely and preformed several tests to insure it was properly capped.

I also needed some electrical work done in order to power the new unit, this was subcontracted by Comfort Guru to Phase to Phase electric, these guys were great. They were fast and professional, also a pleasure to speak with.

All in all, I now have a very efficient unit professionally installed and ready to take on the heat of summer and the cold of winter while saving me some money. We could not be happier, and if I could give more stars I would.

I could write a whole book here about how wonderful The Comfort Guru is because my recent HVAC experience has been a saga! The short of it is, our new-to-us home came with a system from 1997 that was also infested with mice, which we did not know when we moved in. I called 9 different HVAC companies to come out and give me a quote to fix our issue. My main concern was the infestation of our small whiskered friends, so imagine my excitement when Aaron came out from under my house and declared that he found a rodent nest in the air handler! He was the 9th person to crawl under there, and the only one to find the source of our problem. He truly listened to my needs; I feel he cared about doing a good job for us and putting me at ease in my own home. Mark and Anthony are so pleasant, and they worked their butts off cleaning up our ducts and replacing the system - just in time for a few surprise 26 degree mornings last week! They were on time, professional, and took care with open registers around my cat. Cherie is also seriously my favorite person to talk to on the phone now - TCG is lucky to have her! We needed to have our AC repaired and contacted The Comfort Guru based on their proximity to us and their good reputation.

Our experience calling their office to schedule the repair was outstanding. They were polite and attentive as we spoke and efficiently recorded all the required info with my uneducated explanation of the problem.

Aaron arrived promptly at the scheduled repair appointment time informed of our issue and well-prepared. During his visit he was courteous, professional, and informative. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, then took additional time to check for additional glaring issues and to measure the efficiency of our 16-year-old system.

The cost for the repair and his time was reasonable.

Aside from the excellent service and information we received, The Comfort Guru seems to be comprised of some great, local people. We plan to use them again and highly recommend.
