Needed an assessment of a water leak I thought may be coming from my HVAC. The tech Landon arrived on time, and did a thorough detailed inspection while explaining what he was looking for and why. Also how the different components of the HVAC worked. Very professional.

The technician was great. Checked everything out and is working properly. He explained the situation and I may need to call him back to clean the core of the ac/heater unit at a later date but I now know what I am dealing with. Very helpful and I appreciate the service. Thank you.

He was on time, explained in detail the problem with my air conditioner, and repaired the work quickly. In addition, he performed the contracted semi-yearly maintenance inspection which was not previously scheduled. I was happy to be able to get that done at the same time. Exceptional customer service. Our purchase and installation of a new unit was a very positive experience from start to finish. The installation was completed a day ahead of schedule due to the forecast of snow. The installers were professional and very polite; they worked late into the evening to complete the job. I got a service appointment, quickly, for an upcoming date. The tech was familiar with the older dual heat/air system the house had and service it. He provided fast and excellent service and very happy with extending the life on this older AC/heat unit.

I had all of the ducts under my house replaced by LM Wilson Heating & Air. It was a huge job, as the house is old and the ducts had never been updated. The old ducts were in terrible shape and full of dust and sediment. Landon and Pedro worked hard, stayed late, and communicated with me at every stage of the job. They took the time to show me what they were doing and why they were doing it. I was very impressed with both of them. The improvement in the air flow through the vents and the air quality in the house is noticeable. I would highly recommend this company.
