We have been having a/c issues for a couple of weeks. We call and they are there within a couple of hours. Of course, it works like taking a car to a mechanic and by the time they arrive, it works just fine! This was their 4th visit, no fault of theirs, as the techs were trying to track the issue. It finally acted up while they were there, so hoping they found it this trip. I know they are as tired of me calling as I am of calling them! Lol!

I called on a Monday morning and Landon was here when scheduled whicb in my book that is huge. Landon explained how our heating system works when the auxiliary heat side comes on. He completely relieve me of my concerns. Landon has an excellent knowledge base and experience. He is straight forward and answered all of my questions with honestly and completely.
We have a service plan so the bill was very reasonable. We would not use any other company in a three city area. We have only received professional, prompt, and courtesy service. Thank you.

Like a breath of fresh air, this company is outstanding. They installed my central heat and air including a natural gas line to my kitchen. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. This company and their customer service skills are awesome. I am looking forward to continued satisfaction as they begin the install on my new hp unit. They also loan you window units to suffice until the install is complete! Everyone I have encountered this far are very knowledgeable. Cory and Katy were at my house within a couple hours of my phone call to give me an estimate. Brandon, Came out on time to the time window provided and lit our pilot light. Gave us more info on our furnace, tips and told us about switching out gas for electric. Absolutely awesome guy. Exceptional service. You can tell he loves what he does. We want to recommend him for future work.
