The tech communicated when he would arrive. He was very respectful of our home. He explained everything he would be doing during the maintenance appointment and gave and a report at the end of the appointment. Charles did a great job.

My A/C unit quit cooling the house down. I called several places but no one answered their phone until I called LM Wilson. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and pleasant and empathetic about my situation. Being without A/C on a 90 plus degree day isn't fun. She got a technician out within three hours and he fixed the problem. He even patiently waited till the storm we were having blew over to do the work. Brian was the technician and he was both professional and helpful. He didn't leave until he was certain the house was cooling down. I will use this company the next time I have a HVAC problem.

Workmen were on time, kept me informed of the progress of the job, appeared to take extra care to do a through, complete and quality job and maintained a neat and clean workplace. Very happy with the service and project outcome.
