LM Wilson Heating & Air

I have a geothermal HVAC system, which is unusual for the area. The LM Wilson technician was thorough, professional, and responsive in diagnosing the problem, provided good options to solve it, gave me a fair estimate, and the team at the office worked to make sure the solution was implemented as quickly as possible.

Hadn't used LM Wilson for a few years due to some irregularity in their scheduling but I was caught off guard with an unforeseen heating issue right before Christmas. Chris in the office was quick to get a technician out to the house and the technician determined I had an electrical issue and not a heating issue. This gave me time to get an electrician out the same day to fix that problem. I also signed back up for their, very reasonable twice a year check-up, on the HVAC system. Technician came out when scheduled, called ahead of time, and was thorough and courteous. LM Wilson has done a fine job of making an old customer a return customer.

After having several HVAC companies come out and check my ductwork, and give me quotes someone suggested that I contact Katy at LM WILSON. She immediately arranged an appointment for the next day. This was the best decision I’ve ever made. Brian arrived on time and inspected my system and made the necessary repairs without trying to up sale me like the others. I was very pleased with Brian. He was honest and very thorough. He diagnosed the problems, and corrected them. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of the company. I will continue to use them for all my heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend them.

I have an old gas fired boiler in my old house that I wanted serviced before heating season. The serviceman came out promptly. He texted me when he was on the way. He seemed knowledgeable about my system and provided a check list of maintenance performed. He advised me on how best to maintain the system and he discussed information and made suggestions if I ever needed to replace the boiler. He was polite and professional. The cost was reasonable. I was satisfied.

Excellent service as always I understand we need a new part in the heater what what was the the price or estimate thank you I tell you what just go ahead and and order the part unless do it okay all right this is Mike have a good day

As always, very professional and efficient. We know when they come to the house they will repair and/or maintain our systems … no patch work here. Quality … hard to find.
