Steve was very respectful of social distancing concerns. Gave clear info. Corrected filter issues, explained/demonstrated how to open furnace face to change filter. Fluette was service provider for past home owner. Will definitely continue to use them for servicing and new product when necessary.

Had Josh Bowes come out service our air conditioner it didn’t seem to be getting cool. He came out after my husband saw him at a neighbors, he came right over and fixed the problem and he is a super nice guy. Excellent customer service 👍🏾
