When the men arrived to do the actual work they managed to perform the stated fixes with modifications that actually cost less than the original quote. As I have no insight into HVAC they could have done the work, charged me the first higher quote and I never would have know better. I appreciate the honesty with no cost to my wallet or quality of work. Truly, these are professionals.
