Affordable Solutions provided great service -- came out the same day I reported a problem with an attic air handler, repaired unit quickly, and explained all the repairs to me in a clear way.

I called Justin at the recommendation of my neighbor who, along with many of my other neighbors, has used Affordable Solutions for many years for their HVAC needs. I was so pleased with how quickly Justin was able to come out and look at our problem. He and his partner were right on time, friendly, found (and repaired) the problem quickly and explained exactly what needed to be done immediately versus in the long term to keep my system running smoothly. Will certainly be relying on them in the future!

I called them to have my HVAC system repaired. My system quit working the previous night with the temperature below freezing. They were prompt and curtious, respectful and very professional. The tech arrived in the timeframe for the appointment. He was very knowledgeable and proficient. Thank you for a job well done and the great customer service.

Affordable Solutions have been great for our HVAC maintenance PM and repair service. During the coil and condenser cleaning the technician (Tyler) was checking the pressure and it was low, the technician advised me of it and walked with me back to the unit’s and showed me what the upstairs pressures was the the downstairs and it was low. Tyler goes to looking around and didn’t see anything indicating a leak so he proceeded to check with a leak detector and found the accumulator was leaking at the bottom, he preceded to tell me the fails of the accumulator the they can rub a hole in them because of how they are mounted at the factory or they will rust at the bottom.
Justin was prompt with a quote to repair with detailed coverage or what the charge coved and scheduling a repair technician to come out and repair.
The repair technician (Timmy) came out within the time slot I was emailed to replace the accumulator and made the repairs in a timely manner.

Justin and his team were fantastic! Our AC stopped working correctly and he came out first thing the next day to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. In the process he found a few other minor issues (including a rusted drip pan in the attic that would have eventually caused major water damage!) and suggested fixes for those as well - not pushy at all and everything he suggested definitely needed to be done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. He also does electric work and we tacked on a few extra projects on the spot that he handled! Again, a FANTASTIC company with great, honest customer service. Highly recommend!

I was under a tight schedule and they were able to accommodate me. They obviously have great communication within this company and they updated me along the way. The techs met me when I arrived; I never had to wonder if they would meet the expectations set. That's HUGE!

Justin and his team are great. I knew my system was going to fail soon and I just didn't trust my current service provider to give me the best deal on a new unit. I researched several companies and received quotes. Justin's was the best product and price. The new unit was installed within a week and works great. Glad to know there is a business close to home that I will call 1st whenever I need HVAC service. In the 15 years I've lived in Rougemont, I never had a "go to" HVAC business to call. Would usually call a different one each time. Not anymore. I'll call Justin and know I'm in good hands. Highly recommended!!

Our 16-year-old HVAC system completely died on Memorial Day weekend and we thought we were going to have to replace it with a brand new system that would take multiple weeks to obtain and install due to pandemic supply chain issues. Luckily, Justin and his team saved the day! Justin came out within hours of our initial contact, looked at the blower underneath the house, and told us that he could quickly get a replacement motor that would be much less expensive. I would absolutely call Affordable Solutions Heating & Air the next time we have any issues, or when we finally decide to purchase a new system. Honest, transparent, friendly, extremely responsive, highly competent, and well-versed with HVAC issues.

We needed to replace our 18 year unit so back during the summer I started a search and found Affordable Solution I just got this feeling this is the one so I called and set up an appointment for the fall.
When we met Justin we knew he was it honest which is hard to find well he found that my unit was not safe to run heat for the winter.
He does not push you gives suggestions which we liked .
Well it was installed yesterday and the young man with him Tyler was so knowledgeable..
