The cold weather was about to settle in and my heating system stopped working. After reaching out to 3 other HVAC companies, I was lucky enough to contact Justin at Affordable Solutions. Even though he was dealing with a personal situation in his family, he quickly responded to my call for service. Justin is likely the most honest business owner I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Also, he presented me with 3 options for replacing my unit and did not try to upsale to increase his profit.

What sold me on him and his business was the fact that he said, he did not need a deposit, he just need a "gentleman's agreement," in essence, just my word that I would pay AFTER the service had been completed and I was 100% satisfied. In this day and time, this is extremely rare. He and his entire crew were considerate, respectful, and 100% trustworthy. I will definitely contact Affordable Solutions for all of my future HVAC and electrical needs. In fact, I am going to email him now for some electrical work that I need to have completed. Our Furnace quit on us on Christmas Eve. Justin came out and discovered the motor had gone bad, it being a 22 year old unit it wasn't worth replacing the motor. Decided to have them install a new furnace to match up with my AC. They we're very professional and easy to work with every step of the way. I'd recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done and wanting it done right!

Responded same day and within 4 hour to make a repair to my Air Condition Unit at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend them; 5 Stars.

Wow!! Today, December 23rd, I got up and came downstairs and immediately turned the heat up only to hear a loud knocking coming from our heating unit. I quickly turned it off. I was in panic mode wondering if I would be able to reach my HVAC guy and quickly sent him a text but due to a family situation he wasn’t going to be able to come but thankfully he recommended a friend who also has a company and I called him thinking this might not happen and immediately started to worry we would have to wait until after Christmas!

Praise the Lord, Justin at Affordable Solutions answered my call and was having breakfast with his family and hadn’t planned on working today and spending his time off for Christmas with his family but agreed to come to diagnose what the problem was and was here soon after my call. He immediately determined what was wrong and he went to get the part and in no time the unit was fixed!

I can’t express enough my gratitude for him and highly recommend his company. He’s very kind , professional and affordable.

Very honest and will find ways to save you unnecessary cost to care for your HVAC. I had 3 estimates from other places who all quoted me an average of $6000 when all I needed was a simple fix for $700. They are definitely a go to for all my HVAC issues from now on!!!!

I had to get my Heating and AC system replaced, and Justin came out to give me a free estimate. He was very straight forward and clearly explained what he thought would need without trying to oversell me at all. He explained the pros and cons of installing the new AC system in the attic. He made sure to look out for his employees which I thought was a sign of a good owner, and he was straight forward about the different payment options and was very flexible. I went with his company because of the obvious attention to detail when I got the estimate as well as it being a great mix of it being affordable but high quality. The other estimates I had gotten were on either of those extremes, and no one had explained things as well.

His team showed up on time every day and did a very quality job especially making sure the system and ducts were out of the way in the attic as much as possible. I still have a ton of room up there. Justin called me personally plenty of times and checked after the installation to make sure we were happy with our system. Also, he sent out an electrician to install a new oven receptacle for us which went great. I will definitely use this company again when I need anything else in the future.

The staff at Affordable Solutions is professional, friendly, responsive, and always honest and on time. I’m convinced they are the best HVAC company in the Triangle! We have worked with them for three years on repairs and maintenance and recently had a complete new system AC system installed. The bid was very competitive and they are always available to answer questions and come by to check on things to follow up. We trust them 100%.

They installed a new unit downstairs for me last year. Installed a new unit upstairs for me this year. Good price. Good communications. Good service. Very kind technicians.
