One Touch Heating and Cooling LLC

Scheduled me a week out for hvac issue, they missed their appointment time. I had to call them to see if they were coming, they said they tried to call to reschedule, I didn’t get a message. They finally come out and say it will be one more week without ac because they have to order a part. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks total without ac and I haven’t gotten any updates on the eta on that part.

The technician was a NO SHOW!! He had the wrong address and the business FAILED to make their wrong right by still coming out the SAME DAY that they scheduled. Now I have to take more time off from work to get someone else to service my ac unit. I would not recommend One Touch Heating and Cooling.

The service man came on time and immediately began work on my problems. Because it had been raining he wore shoe protection in my home which I appreciated. I was pleased!

Got a text notification as soon as they were in route to my house. Showed up 15 mins later. Had the job done in less than five. Chad was professional and very friendly, and found the root of the problem in no time.
