From the salesman to the installers and technicians, everyone was very helpful and courteous and made sure I was getting the right system for my home. Ron was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me pick out a new system. Getting the HVAC system replaced was a lot easier than I thought it would be. Installation work started on the scheduled date and finished early and the installers were thorough and did a clean job. Very pleased with this company and will recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Mountain Air Mechanical was great from the moment I reached out to them, through the installation of my new heat pump and continuing to this day. Another company with existing ties to my condo building completely failed in customer service as I expect it to be, so I called Mountain Air and was fortunate to be able to do business with Ron. Because of insurance issues it took a little time to work out, but Ron was very patient and responsive during the waiting time. From Ron to all the installers (I think there were a total of 5 people in and out on installation day,) to a great tech named Chris, and Megan in the office, this is a first rate team. I paid a bit more for Mountain Air, but I also received a better product from an ethical company who will stand by their product while delivering exceptional customer service.

We contracted with Mountain Air for replacement of our two 22-year-old heat pumps and a house dehumidifier. Their quote for the job was competitive, the person who came out to give us the bid (Ron Hathcock) was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, and their installation crew showed up on time and did the work thoroughly and professionally. Ron followed up one week after installation to come back, inspect the work himself and answer any questions we had. We were very pleased and would be happy to work with them again.

We have used Mountain Air Mechanical for 3+ years and have been very pleased. At one point I did research other companies and found some maintenance agreements to be a little less expensive but their costs for equipment was higher and high enough to make Mountain Air Mechanical the best choice. In addition to ongoing maintenance they have made multiple repairs to our 10 year old HVAC system including a new motherboard and dampers. They have replaced our humidifier that was fried after a lightning strike and installed a dehumidifier. They handle all the warranty information. We have had one technician Sam for at least a year now and he has been great! Caitlan at the office is wonderful as well. I have had a number of conversations with Brian regarding 2 new pieces of equipment we purchased and he nicely outlined the pros and cons of different options. MAM has been a very positive experience!

Our experience with Mountain Air was wonderful. We needed a replacement HVAC system for our 17-year-old heat pump, but we had a fixed budget. Russ worked within our budget and came up with choices. The installation team was superior, and when they had to work with our old thermostat, they figured out the way to do that. We are beyond satisfied! Thanks to everyone involved.

My heating system was having trouble for over a year. I didn't like the last vendor, so we found Mountain Air. A technician was sent out to diagnose the problem, and based on his information, a decision was made to replace the entire system. Another professional went out to analyze the system and provided an estimate. This led to a wonderful relationship with Shannon who kept me informed through every step including assisting with financing. I am extremely pleased.

Brian Sword and staff were both professional and knowledgeable regarding installation of new air conditioning unit. I am very pleased with service and maintenance of unit.

Mike and Charlie arrived during a terrible storm and provided outstanding service. They even helped restore power to the garage doors after a lightning strike! Very professional.
