We use Climate King for all of our HVAC needs, they are the best. Thankfully, they are also experts in servicing and maintenance of tankless water heaters. Our tankless water heater abruptly stopped working yesterday. Rob came right over and had the unit repaired within an hour. Great company to depend on for quick and fair service and quality products and work. Winter time and my furnace would not stay on. Nathan was on site within 1.5 hours and replaced the suspect thermostat and got the furnace working. Nathan diagnosed a leaking exchange, a dangerous condition. He researched and proposed a new furnace. because the cost to replace the exchange is almost the cost of a new; my furnace is over 15 yrs old and has been problematic for some time. He also gave me the information to get a $525 incentive from Natl Fuel. The new furnace was installed in one day - less than 5 hours. Tremendous work and Nathan took the time to explain and answer my questions The place was left completely cleaned up, no damage bringing in the new or taking out the old furnace.

Our technician did a fantastic job explaining what was being performed, and did it in a very professional manner within a good time frame. The before and after pictures of my vents were completely different, and the end result was well worth the reasonable price. I highly recommend.

Climate king installed a new direction vent hot water tank and a blower fan on my boiler. The technician was on time and was very professional. When he was done he left the area where he did work cleaner than when he got there. They will be my first call if I ever need service at my house. I would recommend them to anyone who needs service.

The job was done absolutely to my satisfaction, and very neatly - he even helped move back furniture etc. I would use this company again and recommend them with enthusiasm!

I have had Climate King Heating/Cooling out twice, and have been extremely satisfied. Someone always answers the phone, and the response and repairs have been done very quickly. I will have them out for tune ups on my air conditioner, and furnace on a regular basis.
