MGC Heating and Air Conditioning LLC

Our A/C unit was circulating only hot air the morning of July 4th. We called MGC. Even though it was a holiday he would have come but we didn't want to put him out. He was on time, did several test and checks and diagnosed the issue. After a few hours we were back to cool air. He called us the next day to make sure we were still working. He even gave us some pointers on running a more efficient system.
We highly recommend MGC. Fairly priced, professional and very responsive. We will be booking him for yearly maintenance to upkeep our system.

A/C unit and blower were on but no cool air was circulating. Called MGC. He had a full schedule but said he would come after hours, if that was OK.
He arrived a little after 7. Diagnosis...our 25 year old unit needed a part replacement. With unit so old, he had to go back to his shop to get the part.
Bottom line..part installed and were pumping cool air again.

I came home late from work and my AC unit in the top floor was not working. I called this company and I spoke to Mardonio at 10pm. I was surprised anyone picked up at this time. I explained the situation and he said he will arrive in 15mins. 15mins later, he rang my door bell. Mardonio was very professional and explained to me what was wrong. My AC unit was never serviced when we first bought the house. Mardonio said he will take care of us and get the unit up and running. He left our home at Midnight and I am grateful he picked up the phone. I highly recommend the company and Mardonio!

I live in a private house with two central air conditioning units. Last year my heating went and I called this company. They came right away and fixed it within hours. Haven’t had a problem since. Now one of the A/C units failed so I called this company again and they came within a few hours. The owner himself actually showed up and checked my system. He found the problem right away and actually had the parts in his truck and fixed the problem within an hour. The AC unit is not working perfectly. He is a local, HVAC contractor, and very professional. The pricing is beyond reasonable especially for a quick response. He went above and beyond my expectations. Even left the place cleaner than he found it. Very highly recommend this company. Don’t hesitate to ask me any question to them.

Excellent company, highly recommend! Reliable and answers quickly to calls. Had 4 other HVAC/Boiler companies prior to MGC at the house, all horror stories. Boiler stopped working and no one could fix it. Called MGC, they came right away and fixed it.

Mardonio and his crew are reliable professionals who set a high standard for the work they deliver. Mardonio installed a 2 unit mini split for us during an attic renovation we recently did. He was able to run his lines cleanly in the back of the storage areas and cleaned up after each time they worked. I appreciated that he kept the price affordable with different options compared to other quotes I received. He was always on time and showed up whenever he said he was going to come.

There was an issue with the communication between the compressor and one of the units and he came back the next day to troubleshoot it with customer service. He ended up finding a loose wire which fixed the problem. All this is to say I would recommend MGC to anyone looking for a reliable, honest HVAC contractor. I will be using him again in the future.

MGC is an excellent company! I highly recommend them. Mardonio is extremely knowledgable and will always fix a system/unit if possible rather than just trying to replace it. Prices are extremely fair. Very trustworthy and reliable. We had another company out 3 weeks ago that did not service the units properly and the system failed. I called him, he came out the same day and diagnosed the problems immediately. Truly an exceptional company. I will no longer use any other company moving forward.

I recently purchased a new home; during demolition, the contractors discovered HVAC pipes behind a wall that needed to come down in order to continue with the renovation project. I had used Mardonio’s services several months back so I knew I could rely on him. He came over within a day to scope out the situation. The next evening, he diligently worked until all the pipes were redirected. This was not an easy request since space was extremely limited. There were obstacles along the way, but he tackled each one seamlessly. My contractors were able to resume work without a hiccup thanks to Mardonio’s experience and professionalism. When we moved into our house, we knew that our HVAC system was on borrowed time. Of course, it broke down in the middle of a heatwave. I called Mardonio around 5 AM and he answered right away. He was able to come later that morning and worked to resolve the problem.

We decided to move forward with upgrading our system rather than pouring money into our antiquated system. He priced us out for different options and thoroughly explained the differences. He also provided us with a timeline of the process and communicated effectively throughout the process. Usually this is a two day project; however, since we have small children and my elderly parents live with us, he worked hard to make it happen in one day. I am deeply appreciative of that.

On install day him and his team showed up on time (something I really value). They worked efficiently and cleaned up the area very well.

MGC is the best. In the summer, my air conditioning unit broke and they were able to get the new unit very quickly (even with this horrible supply-chain crisis), installed it the next day and had the A/C cranking again within only a few days. They also fixed my heat when it went out last week within hours after I called them. They are the most reliable HVAC contractors I have ever worked with and I have used a lot of them having heavily renovated my home over the years. Every contractor I used before MGC was unreliable so I kept needing to find new ones, until I found MGC! Now we can call or text any time and I get a response immediately and they always provides top notch service. Thanks for everything my man!
