Crossfield Heating & Air Conditioning

Very professional, came on time, price was competitive, cleaned up afterwards. My advice is to trust Crossfield. Tech was Rob Sandman. Took time to explain new AC system.

From the sales process to the installation, we had a wonderful experience with Crossfield. Jordan took the time to explain our different options and we felt confident with the decision we made. Matt, Ryan, Rob and Todd came soon after our purchase to complete the install. They were friendly and professional and made sure we were comfortable with our new system before they left.

These guys were early ,knowledgeable, kind they took the time to explain everything. Even let me borrow space heaters prior to installing new Trane furnace. Great price outstanding warranty. I am so pleased with this company!!!

Todd and Tim just finished installing a Trane two stage furnace and AC as well as a Mitsubishi ductless system for the basement. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. Their knowledge attention to detail and professionalism are truly unique in todays contracting business.

Mark Stevens gave us information about a new furnace installation. he was thorough and professional and answered all our questions. Rob S. and Brian came to install the new Trane furnace. They did a terrific job installing the furnace, explained how the thermostat works, and left the area around the furnace very clean. They were courteous and very considerate. Jon/ Jose/ Joe did a perfect job. Eliminating all insulation from the Attic and adding baffles and new insulation.Everyting was On Time/Complete with Clean up. Worked very fast to complete job in one day. Dumpster removed next morning.

I recently became a Crossfield customer this week when I had a complete HVAC system installed. It started with Corey, who came out to my house and provided me with a thorough estimate. Corey measured everything and took the time to explain the options I had for my particular install. He was in constant contact with me up unto the install date. When there was an issue with the distributor, he was able to get it resolved and the AC unit delivered on time for the original install date!

Install date, Eric, Harry, Isaac and Ryan showed up to do the work on time. They introduced themselves to me, and were considerate of the flooring by wearing shoe coverings and drop clothes were put down on the floor. I can't say enough about the professionalism and workmanship they showed the whole time they were here. Both install of furnace and AC unit look like out of a brochure. At the end, Eric took the time to explain all the features of my thermostat and how to perform home owner maintenance on the furnace (changing filter, etc). Excellent excellent service by all four team members!

I did my shopping around, but I am glad I am a Crossfield customer for years to come. Great job Team Crossfield!

We had a Mitsubishi mini-split installed a couple of weeks ago. The installers, Matt S. and Rob L., did a great job, pointing out the optimum locations for installation of the various parts as well as cleaning up as they went so it was virtually with no mess. This was installed in the middle of winter - thankfully, the weather was much better than the day before - which was to add more heating to a room full of glass windows and doors located on an unsealed crawl space. It'll be nice in the summer, too, since that same glass allows lots of summer sun in the room, raising the temperature uncomfortably.

We've spent the time since getting used to how to maximize this unit's output since it's our first heat pump system. There's so much configuration possible that even with Rob L's instruction we had to read the manual several times but we now have it pretty nailed, at least for winter. It's not hard, just very configurable.

In any event, we're happy with the system as well as Crossfield. We've used them for many years and will continue to do so!
