Crossfield Heating & Air Conditioning

After some thorough research I wound up doing business with Crossfield for their top tier line of Trane equipment and their online stellar reviews. I had a completely new HVAC system installed by what must be their "A Team" of service techs to include Eric h, Mike S, Steve S and Brian L. I would recommend this business and its employees to anyone in need of heating & cooling services.

Just had a service tech Named Jeff stop by to check on my new AC install to address some old school concerns that were concerning me. He went right to work hooking up his equipment and running a thorough test while explaining everything in laymen's terms. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The AC install was performed below optimum outside conditions to test normally without experienced intervention. Jeff just throughly checked over my complete system and alleviated my concerns with his talented expertise. He just further cemented my solid choice in Crossfield in the first place.

I had a new Trane furnace and a new AO Smith water heater installed by by the Crossfield team consisting of Rob Sandman, Todd Russel & Matt Schops. They were on time and finished the job and cleanup before dinner time. I am completely satisfied with the job they did. Mark Stevens was my salesman and also very satisfied with the service Mark supplied. Great company to work with and very responsive.

I had a new water heater installed, I used Crossfield because I have used them in the past for other services and I am very pleased with the service I received.
Rob and Mike arrived on time, did a great job, and were professional and courteous.

Very clean and efficient installation of Heating, Air Conditioning systems and Thermostat. Harry D, Todd R and Mike S were courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful being able to answer questions and give a tutorial on the new equipment. Corey did an excellent job with the quote and taking care of the paper work for the NYS and Fairport rebates.

The installation crew (Todd, Chris and Rob) were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend Crossfield to anyone in need of HVAC services.

I recently worked with Crossfield to have my water heater replaced. Todd R did a great job with the install. The installation was fast he courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer our questions.

This is long overdue. After our new furnace/AC was installed in Oct. 2021, I set the papers aside to see how it would work for a few weeks - then I forgot the survey.
Harry/ Eric/ and Rob L. did an excellent job with the installation - quick and clean. Mark S. spec'd out the system and took time to explain everything.
I apologize to them for the delay in posting a 5 star review, but they deserved it.

Mike S, Eric H, and Brian L did an amazing job installing our new system, especially in the 5 degree weather we had today. Crossfield as a whole did a phenomenal job as we were quoted in the afternoon one day, and the installers were here at 8am the next.
