The crew of Todd, Rob S., Matt, and Ryan did a great job on an ambitious schedule. Replaced furnace, A/C, and water heating in a day as promised. Rolled with the inevitable surprises, were professional, and left the basement looking better than it did when they got there. Mark did a great job of helping understand options. We interviewed and solicited quotes from 3 local companies for the acquisiton and installaton of a new furnace and smart thermostat. We cjoes Crossfield Heating and Air Conditioning. Mark Stevens, who visited our home and provided the quote spent a bout 2 hours with us answering all of our questions and explaining the various types of untis that would work for our home. The installation was completed by Rob L. and Dan T., two Crossfield techs. They were personable, knowledgable and thier work was excellent. They covered our floors with tarps before proceeding and clean everything up befor leaving. They also spent time wit us on learning how to operate the new smart thermostat. I have used Crossfield for several years to do my annual cleaning of my HVAC system. They have always been good to work with. Today I had an emergency repair. I woke up to no heat in my home. I called their service line and had a response in less than an hour. They moved the schedule around and got Fernando (Service Tech) out to my house within an hour. He diagnosed the problem, got the part and had it fixed quickly. He did extensive checks to make sure all was working correctly and that no other issues were found. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous of my home. I was incredibly pleased with the service I was provided.

Eric and Brian were super amazing. They were efficient and surprisingly quiet. They arrived on time to do the furnace installation. I was having trouble with getting my thermostat to turn on my whole house air condtioner. I called the Crossfield service department during the morning of April 17, 2023. Within two hours of my call, Jeff arrived at the house. He spent approximately an hour and a half attempting to find the source of
the AC problem. He was very professional and kept me informed of what he was doing and why throughout his service call. He never gave up and eventually found the 'culprit'. A bare wire was grounding out and that little frayed wire was not allowing the AC to turn on.Jeff proudly showed me the wire.

Julian and Jose were very professional and knowledgeable about the work they were going to perform. They spray foam the house rim joists in the basement. Once they were done, the area worked on, was left clean and the work done was exactly as agreed.They answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

From Grayson who first responded to Shelby and Fernando who all together along with Frank And Wayne at the main office, this Crossfield team determined my boiler issues and repaired them with no delay. I have a service contract which alleviated some of the labor charges. I highly highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. Great efficient informative group.
