Brian was my tech and he walked me through all the phases of the new furnace install and answered all my questions! He wanted to make sure all my questions were answered before leaving! Crossfield does fantastic work at the most reasonable prices in town. We’ve been using them for over 8 years including recently replacing an old and broken ductless A/C unit with a new Mitsubishi in a large room of our house. Our longtime sales consultant, Mark Stevens, is professional, friendly and knowledgeable and we really trust his expertise. The install team for this latest project, Rob and Ryan, did a great job and explained all the ins and outs of the unit after the job was done.

We had a great experience with Crossfield. They replaced all of our insulation in our attic/crawl spaces as well as the insulation in our basement. They were extremely professional and did a great job. They communicated with us throughout the three days they were working. They even put up with our barking dogs! Thanks for the great work. Fantastic work. Installed a whole house humidifier on our furnace. In and out in less than three hours. On time arrival, cleaned up, instructions on use and cleaning. Rob C. did a great job, deserves a raise!!! Highly recommended couldn’t be happier with overall work. Love these guys and their commitment to professionalism.

Within the last week, Crossfield installed a 96% gas furnace that works perfectly in my home. The entire job, from sizing the furnace thru installation, was done very professionally by Mark S, Rob L, Ryan, and FM. Their knowledge and skill were evident in every aspect of the job. The guys who came by to install minisplits were great and did a fast job and cleaned up everything when they were done. Very easy to work with and clean installation. Will definitely be using them again for future repairs and installs. Worked with me when I had questions on tax rebates and was very clear without any upcharging.

Todd Eric and Brian were efficient and did a good job replacing our old furnace and AC unit. Through the install they were available for questions if I had any. Once the install was done they walked me through what I needed to know and left the job site clean. Thanks!

Harry, Eric and Rob L. showed up on time in the morning and worked through some errors made in the write-up of the job to get the right EVR unit for our needs. They did a great job despite the cramped quarters of our utility room. I also commend Mark and Jason for working out the details of the job and making it all possible. The EVR install was very professional and looks great! The crew was also a lot of fun to be around.
