I have used Crossfield for 10+ years with an annual contract that includes seasonal maintenance. They have always done a nice job, but my systems were 20 years old and an expensive repair was imminent. They came yesterday and replaced both the furnace and A/C. Todd/Rob/Mike did a really nice job, took away all of the old stuff, and the new system is really nice. I feel I got a great deal. Highly recommend!

I had a really great experience with Crossfield this month, as I hired them to insulate my basement rim joists. From the time I spoke with Joe about the project, he was very responsive and answered all of my questions/addressed all of my concerns, especially those related to the safety of the product being used. Jon was our tech who performed the job and he was phenomenal. He was kind, courteous, professional and did a great job explaining what he was going to do when he arrived for the job. He kept the job site clean and performed the work quickly and efficiently. I would absolutely recommend Crossfield for your basement insulation needs!

We needed to replace our 20+ year old heating/AC system after it failed. Crossfield came out and provided an estimate that we could move forward with. We recently purchased a new home with a non functioning ventilation system. After working unsuccessfully with the builder’s HVAC vendor we hired Crossfield to help us. They are the best! Each person was professional, extremely knowledgeable and caring. They worked with us on a plan to fix the ventilation system to improve the air quality in our home. The Crossfield team did exceptional work. We had our whole house fitted with 5 heat pump/AC units (mini splits) and 2 compressors. We got 6 quotes from major companies in the rochester area and crossfield beat the prices by well over 5k! Not only that but other companies wanted to short us on units and still charge us more than crossfield. Big thank you to Salesman Jordan C. He was the ONLY salesman out of all the companies who covered his shoes and wore booties (without asking) in our house- a very simple gesture but nice touch (I have newborn twins so that was very nice). He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable on the units plus was creative and got us all the state rebates with top of line products!!! He presented us we many different options for our house and ways to pay. He even showed up to the house day 1 of install to make sure it all went smoothly!
The installers were also great! Fast, efficient and clean. Also wore booties in the house without asking. Matt, Brian and Rob S. - all wonderful. Matt - the project manager walked us through how to use the units and clearly knew the products well. Everything works great and my house is nice and COLD!

Cannot say enough good things about Crossfield! Don’t waste your time getting quotes elsewhere just call them first!!

Installed new Trane AC system, replacing the old one which had a refrigerant leak. The Crew (Mike and Erik) were onetime in the morning, took care to put down a cloth on the steps and hallway rather than wear booties. Went to work promptly with both outside and inside work .... remove old units and installed new units. They worked well as a team. The outside work area and the inside furnace areas were left in neat and clean. Very pleased with all their work.

Our old Trane system has reached the end of it's life (38 years old) and it was time to replace it. We choose Crossfield based on reputation and neighbor recommendations. It was a GREAT choice. Isaac, Rob and Rob showed up on time and went right to work. Amazing how well they work together. Crawling through a small crawl space to run the line set was no problem. Out with the old and in with the new Trane Heat Pump, Furnace and Thermostat. Job completed in less than 8 hours, including clean up. We have a neat basement and they left no trace that they were here. Very happy with Crossfield from the original sales contact from Corey to final install. Great Job.

We've contracted Crossfield to replace the heating and air conditioning systems on two homes now. They did such a nice, professional job and we have been so happy with the Trane System they installed on our first home a few years ago that when we needed a new system on a second home this year we made sure to call Crossfield.

Everyone we dealt with from the estimator, Jordan, to the installers, Rob L, Brian and Ryan, were friendly and super knowledgeable of the job and what needed to be done. As a result, all of my questions were answered and everything was done on time - exactly as they promised.

We had an Air Scrubber installed. Rob did a great job. Install was fast and no mess left behind. He spent time with me to discuss the benefits, explain how the system works best, and reviewed the appropriate timeframe for cell replacement. We have also used Crossfield for annual Heating and AC maintenance for several years and have been very satisfied which each visit!
