Last week during one of the hottest weeks of the summer my 26 year old AC unit stopped working. I have used CrossField for my furnace and normal maintenance needs so it was no brainer to call them.

They were able to get me in a few days and we now have AC again. The unit was installed by Andreas and Rob S and they did a fantastic job. They showed up on time and were very professional. The new unit is much quieter . I highly recommend CrossField for your HVAC needs.

We had a new cold climate heat pump installed and the salesman (Mark) as well as the installation team (Rob L. & Eric H) were excellent. During the installation they were respectful of our home, taking care to minimize the disruption as well as the mess. They cleaned up after themselves and asked permission before going into other areas of our home. They patiently answered our multiple questions and did not leave until it was working well and were were happy. They even made sure the gates on our fence were closed so our dogs did not get out, even though they had to open and close them many times.This installation team was amazing to work with,. Crossfield Heating and Air Conditioning recently installed a ductless heating and A/C system to my home. The job involved a two story house, with 6 wall mounted units inside and two servicing units outside. The entire job was completed on time, on budget, and with quality.

The install team was primarily Eric H and Rob L, with assistance from Matt S. They were professional and courteous. I work from home and they did a fantastic job of collaborating with me to minimize the disruption to my working time. They answered all questions I had and addressed any concerns. The completed job was excellent and they made sure I understood the units.

Overall a very positive experience, free of surprises, misinformation, and anxiety. The job was replacing an old central AC system and thermostat with a new Trane AC system, on an existing non-Trane forced air heating system.

My consultant Corey was easy to deal with, did a thorough job evaluating what was required before submitting a proposal, kept me updated on schedules, and provided all the information I needed. In my town, a permit was needed for the work, and Corey provided documents I did not even know I needed, which made the permitting process a breeze. The Crossfield staff I dealt with, Maureen and Cassandra, produced and provided the correct supporting documentation I needed quickly with no problems.

Installation by Rob L. and Mike could not have been better. They behaved as expected of well trained professionals who know their job. They arrived on time, did exactly what they said they would do, they were neat and tidy, and they worked efficiently to get the job done. At the end of the job, they went over what they did, answered all my questions, and I had no issues with their work.

I would not hesitate to do business with Crossfield in the future.

My heat pump was diagnosed as "dead" on April 15th. By Monday, April 17th, Corey went over my options for replacement which included the heat pump, air handler, humidifier, and thermostat. Install took place April 21st and Rob S., Dan, Josh, and Brian were prompt, courteous, and efficient in getting everything done on time. I've been a customer for nearly 30 years, and they're the only ones I'd use to take care of my HVAC system. Thank you!

We love our new central AC and wall unit for the 2nd floor! And our old furnace (30+ years old) was also replaced. The install crew (Eric, Todd, Rob, Ryan, and Cory) were all super nice and extremely professional. Every question we had about the new system was answered in the most helpful manner, and the job was exactly as it was described before it started so there were no surprises on Crossfield's end. Mike S. and Rob L. are a hardworking team who did a fantastic job of installing a new air conditioner system in our house. The team arrived on time, were very polite and professional at all times. All materials were disposed of ant the cellar was clean. Rob was very thorough explaining every document in my packet left with m. It is so nice to have such a knowledgeable team do the installation.
