Short Version: Very helpful and rock bottom wholesale pricing.

Needed a specialized part for my Carrier furnace, was referred here late in the day and rushed over -- getting there only 10 minutes before they close ... I felt bad/concerned they wouldn't have time to help. They basically assured me that they werent going to kick me out if it hit closing time and they hadn't located the part yet.

Nice folks to deal with if you can get someone to answer the phone. Call several times and the phone rings and no one answer, This happens often.

Have a lot of parts on hand, can't say the same for other vendors
