Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning

My furnace broke when I called my regular repairman he came outand said furnace was cracked internally and wasunsafe to use. He gave me a quote of $5000 - 6000. His company only offered low interest loans to help pay for this.

I started looking into grants, rebates etc to help me pay for new furnace. I talked to many agencies. I finally yalked to NYSERDA and they have a 50% grant program. Isaac heating works with this program .a representative was at my hose on wednesday by saturday I had a new furnace installed and working.

Everyone I talked to was helpful, professional and understanding. I definetly recommend their company!!!

Outstanding service! Had the technician to my location today to service A/C unit. He did an super great job and very professional and neat. I would recommend Isaac Heating and A/C to anyone looking for install or service. I switched to Isaac's over 3 years ago for service on my furnace and A/C u it. Prior to Isaac's, customer service sketchy and technicians didn't always pay attention to detail. Now that Isaac's has been taking care of the equipment, I feel like my equipment is more reliable and trustworthy. Go to Isaac's, you won't be disappointed!

I would like to give a higher review as everyone I worked with seemed very professional, however, I did not get any work done as I was never sent my quote or had anyone call me for a follow-up.

Staff that scheduled the appointment for the quote was very professional. It was a month wait just to get an appointment which I assume was because of time of year (summer) and covid.

I had a family emergency and had to reschedule my appointment which their staff was very helpful in doing. Finally had the tech come out to do the quote. The tech was on time and professional. I was told I would receive the quote in a couple days.

A week went by and I still had not received the quote or hear from the tech. I emailed the tech to find out if they might of sent the quote to the wrong email. A quick reply told me they apologize for the delay and I would receive the quote shortly. Unfortunately this was over a month ago and I have yet to hear anything from Issac.

I would like to leave a higher review but unfortunately I did not receive the service I was expecting based upon other reviews =/

After looking for 2 years for a new furnace and AC, I settled on Theem and Isaac HVAC. I feel they did quality work and I am more than happy with my decision to go with Rheem and Isaac. My sales Consultant, Tyler Giarratsmo was very helpful. Guiding me thru my choices, explaining what the Instsll procedure would be and even helping me obtain financing. Tyler made the process very easy. I would certainly recommend Isaac HVAC to my friends.

The technicians are always helpful and efficient. They answer all of my questions and make sure that I understand what the service appointment accomplished and make recommendations as to what I should keep an ion for the future. I really enjoy working with them. I’ve owned a number of homes and I must say that Isaac is the best HVAC company I’ve worked with.

What a great experience! Isaac sent two technicians to do my energy audit. They were polite and thorough. All my questions and concerns were addressed. I didn't feel rushed and they were careful not to track dirt into my home. I would highly recommend using Isaac!

I Had Isaac Heating & Air install a Mitsubishi ductless cooling system in my house today. The technician were very kind and courteous. Also prompt and clean. They answered all of my questions and explained the system in detail. I am very happy with their work and my new Cooling system. I would highly recommend them.

I'm always impressed when Isaac Heating sends a residential service technician to my house to service my furnace and AC. There always polite and won't enter my home without putting on slip on shoe protectors.The service call lasts between two and two and half hours. They go through everything. Thermostat, furnace, and AC. This visit Gary S. was my tech guy. True to form he was Isaac trained. Gary was very professional. Thanks Isaac and thanks Gary !
