Issac heating and air was fantastic. Our installer Dustin was on time, extremely professional, and super friendly to work with. He answered all my questions and his work was top notch. I will absolutely recommend Issac to friends and family members. Also our project manager Lily Wes fantastic to work with, answered all our questions and was always available to talk anytime I called.

Joe replaced my fireplace remote that no longer worked and programmed the new one for me. Works great! Thank you!

Got an ac some yrs ago. A man was sent to see if our furnace was compatible. He said no problem. They came to install the ac and the furnace needed a bigger blower. They searched till one was found. They came to install and found that the control panel was wrong so they couldn't install. They used a rock from my garden's border to hold up the condensate pipe which they had taped onto the unit under the house. Now we have water and mold under the house and nobody wants to do anything about. I'm told that it's been too long and maintenance was never done on the ac. The first year maintenance was done on it an all the tech did was clean the leaves out from around the condenser. These people are INCOMPETENT and I'll NEVER do business with them again.

Tech was knowledgeable and stayed until the system made the noise I was worried about. He fixed problem and explained what was happening.

Had a great experience with Isaac. I called and was originally provided a very pushed out appointment date. My ac was not serviced for quite a while but they understood that I was the new home owner and knew that I needed to have work done. I received a call back the next day with an appointment within 24 hours and Sal my technician fixes us right up. Appreciate the quick and good service.

Kept leading us on for a new water heater. Sent a plumber over and charged $120. to tell us we need a new water heater which we already knew and did not bring it over the water heater and then told us later in the afternoon that it would be 2 weeks to get it installed. They basically stole $120. delayed getting service for 4 days and my 84 year old father could not have a shower for 5 days. We got it done with another provider next day. Should be zero stars but can't do that. Terrible customer service! Don't trust these people.

It has now been four visits (waiting on a fifth) to fix the gas line they installed to our pool heater. First time installed improperly and leaking gas. Second time told us we had to wait for a part and the only person who could fix (several weeks later). Third time allegedly fixed but never checked the rest of the line to make sure there's no other leaks. Sure enough, it's leaking gas somewhere else. Fourth visit to tell us we have to wait AGAIN for a part and person to fix. In the meantime the ENTIRE summer has gone by, we never got to use the new heater or have time to fix the yard before the family reunion we are hosting Labor Day weekend (we called in June). Totally unacceptable and incredibly disappointing.
