    We had a very good experience with Derek from Isaac heating. He coordinated the work smoothly and got us exactly what we wanted. They installed a mini split heating/cooling system for our bedroom and helped to get our home better insulated. We look forward to working with Isaac in the future to upgrade our furnace.

    I contacted Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning for a part replacement as a result of a error message on our Navien Water Heater. They had a real live person answer the phone (which in this day and age of companies predominately using phone triage technology to determine if you are worthy of their time having a person talk to you is miraculous) and that wonderful person took down the particulars and promised me a quick call back. Lo and behold, the promise was kept. After determining that we continued to have hot water, and that the error indicated that most likely a part needed to be replaced an appointment was set up. The technician (Thaddeus) arrived precisely on the date and time agreed to. He was professional and friendly and went down to the basement and immediately got to work. He performed diagnostics and although the error was no longer showing Navien recommended replacing the "under warranty" part. He contacted his dispatcher, and the part was ordered. The part was received within 2 days and Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning immediately reached out to me to arrange to have Thaddeus come back out that very day to install the part. Thaddeus also made some minor adjustments (A+ on initiative) so that our Navien Water Heater was optimally running. During both appointments he kept us updated on everything he was doing (A+ on communications). Great experience.

    Joe and his partner were both honest and up front with me about our current air conditioning system. The first thing Joe said to me was "I can't do anyhing as this is a commercial system" ... soething I did not know. Despite that, he chacked what he could and arranged for a Project Manager to come oput and speak with us regarding an "appropriate" system.

    Anthony was quick and efficient. He tested all the switches and cleaned dust from all the furnace electronics inside and the electronics in the AC outside. Our system gives better performance and is much cleaner with yearly maintenance.

    Tyler and his helper (did not know his name) did a fantastic job today. My furnace was a monster to get out but the worked very hard and did the job. It took longer than expected but it was worth it.

    The most professional and fastest service one could receive. He explained everything to me clearly and answered any questions I had. Also, they wore things over their feet so no dirt was tracked through my house. 10/10

    Tyler G, Dustin, and the other technicians were on time, professional, very helpful, pleasant to deal with, and finished a day early.

    A problem with my newly installed propane tank was discovered by Tyler and Dustin and I was able to have it rectified by the propane company right away. They helped us out immensely!

    I'd recommend this company and these technicians to anyone!

    I think I have been duped. I've paid for a Gold Seal warranty and priority service for nearly 10 years (about $1500) and when I finally need help....I'm literally left in the COLD. No one from Issac can help us until 3 days later (Called Saturday at 10am, service appt is Tuesday after 9PM). So will I get reimbursed for the electric heaters I use for the next 3 days or the water I waste making sure my pipes dont freeze? How about the $200 I'll spend getting another local small business HVAC tech here (they were available within 12 hours).

    Did Issac sell too many warranties for the staff they have? Maybe they should hire/authorize subcontractors during extreme events so you can provide the service you convinced people to pay for. Something needs to change.

    I left 2 stars because my annual cleaning service appointments have been convenient and tech professional (but it's weird I have no heat only 23 days after this year's regular maintenance appointment, was there something in my furnace that was showing wear and they chose not to replace it at the time but wait for it to break?)
