Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning

I had an old furance replaced by Isaac heating and I'm very pleased with the quality of service I received from Start to finish.

Your technician arrived promptly at 8am the next morning and fixed the problem with our tankless water heater. He also told us that the call was covered by a service contract that we didn't even know we had.

I spent 275.00 for the service I received. My A/C was not working efficiently. They first charge to just show up. I realize they all do, but that doesn't mean it's a good practice. They had to put in a part to diagnose the problem. They were here 1/2 hour and did not charge for the part as they took it out. Total 275.00. I have to replace the unit so that is surely part of my disappointment. That is a lot for so little.

From the start this company has been amazing and easy to work with! They made financing easy and the techs that installed my heating and air conditioning were very professional. I highly recommend these guys!!!!

They Just installed brand new furnace and central air for our Syracuse house. All work was done just in one day. They work very efficiently and professionally! A technician came on time, he was very nice, polite, friendly. He diagnosed the issue, offered 2 ways to fix .
I made decision which way to go, and it was done in a few minutes .
He cleaned his tools and left .

I have had this company in my home several times over the years. They have always been professional and they're always to the point of what needs to be fixed without trying to sell me something that I don't need by using any type of scare tactics. They do what they can to try to fit you in as soon as possible to assess the situation. And they also order the part to do the repairs as quickly as possible. I always use this company

After calling another company and still not having the issue resolved with our tankless water heater we called Isaac’s and they came and fixed the problem. They technician was on time and very professional. We will be calling them again if we have issues in the future.

We had an issue with our furnace they were able to come out the same day in the evening. The technician was able to resolve the problem. I felt somewhat pressured by the sales pitch for a new furnace. At first I was given the impression the condition of my furnace was dangerous. Then it wasn't quite that serious. I am giving them a chance to provide a quote but didn't really feel like we had a transparent relationship of trust.
