Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning

I was looking to schedule an appointment for service on an existing heating system. I spent 45 minutes working with someone on their online chat to schedule the appointment. After all this time, the customer rep apologized and said they would call back soon after to finalize the schedule. I never heard back, but I called to follow up the next morning. At this time they said they weren't taking new appointments in my service area and they 'didn't know why i would have been told different the day before'. Complete waste of time. Poor communication and scheduling.

Love Isaac Heating and Air! They are always friendly, knowledgeable and do a great job. Love that the techs put on shoe covers when they enter the home :D We have used Isaac for our heating & air service, and most recently had an energy assessment done. Our energy consultant, Chris, confirmed a lot of "energy wasting" areas. We have now begun the process to correctly insulate our home.

My wife and I bought our first home last year and after the first summer of sitting in a hot 86 degree muggy living room after long days of work we decided " no more!". Due to our circumstances of having crank out windows and baseboard heating with no option of window units. We decided to get Mitsubishi electric splits installed in our house, we called up many different companies in CNY and got lots of quotes. Then Micheal George the project manager from Isaac came out and spent time with us at our table and explained how EVERYTHING worked with the install and gave us a quote that was considerably cheaper than all of the other quotes. We got a hyper heat unit for slightly more than what others were quoting us for the BASIC units and with Isaac you get a lifetime warranty on the work. We chose Isaac obviously and today 4/29/19 Tyler and Jay showed up for the install and were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took care of our home putting drop clothes down and adhesive backed cellophane on our carpet and everywhere they were working in our home and they did not leave a spec of dust or dirt in our home. Then during the install there was another gentleman ( a supervisor or boss) that showed up to inspect their work . If you are looking for a install from Isaac I would not even think twice about pulling the trigger and if you have heard anything negative about them ,
to put it bluntly chances are it's from one of those people that can never be pleased and have to complain about everything. Isaac was flawless and top notch. I highly recommend them!

Had on going issue with furnace intermittently shutting down during heating mode. The technician (Tyler) was extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing and solving what was a very involved matter with the furnace in a timely manner.

Our tankless water heater stopped working and Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning was the only company in the Syracuse area that was capable of having a service technician at our house in less than 24 hours. All the other companies we called (at least 3) could not provide service for a minimum of 3 days. The Isaac technician was extremely knowledgable of our water heater, he was polite and professional. He was able to get our water heater working in less than an hour. I highly recommend Isaac Heating and Air conditioning.

Did a great job installing my furnace and a/c a couple years ago. Just had a service call for intermittent heat. Technician was knowledgable and thorough. Great service!

Prompt reaction to a deterioration of my furnace. Techs were friendly, engaging and understanding. Helped with a situation created by a previous cable installer with my electricity which helped a lot, but was not their job.

Amazing team. They were early, extremely protective of my home, did the job quick and efficiently, and were extremely polite to my family.
