Installed Mitsubishi hvac. Work was done on time and professionally. This was a ductless air conditioner. Everything was explained in detail. Work was done very cleanly. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I'll highly recommend Tri State Air Inc. company for installation and repair split AC systems. Serge and his team did installation of two split ac/heat systems in my house during renovation in 2017. They installed outside units on the level of second and third floor and gave me warranty. These guys were very professional.
Update: This year one of the unit started to make noise and I called Serge and he fixed the problem next day. Very respectful professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for your excellent service!

Serge and the Tri State Air team did an excellent job with our new system 7 years ago. Cant be happier with the service they provided. His team installed 4 unites in my house. I was looking for the local (Staten Island) HVAC specialist, and after some time reading multiple reviews ended-up with 3 candidates. However, only Serge responded promptly, and come next day for scoping/estimation.
I am very satisficed with job performed! Serge identified problem and resolved it in the same day.

Serge installed a number of Fujitsu units in late 2014. The system ran perfectly until may of 2021 when one of the units stopped working. Serge was quick to respond to a call for him to come in and make any necessary repairs. All repairs where completed quickly. We are happy to have everything running before the summer heat.
