scheduled for an appointment then show up 1 hour late then tried to rip me off for $500 dont call this place totally ripoff and shouldnt even be in business in Staten island

The flame sensor in our heating unit had went out the night before New Year’s Eve. This was pretty frustrating in itself not because of the timing, but mainly because we had the same problem happen the same time last year. We called around to Precise, Arnica and even PAC which we used last year to check out the same issue. We finally got in touch with someone from SI Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning and had John come out New Year’s Eve. He was friendly, transparent and incredibly knowledgeable about what the issue could be. During the visit we luckily found out the flame sensor was dirty and just needed to be clean and that we didn’t need a new circuit board. We’ll definitely use them again, thanks so much John!

Terrible! Two guys came over cut my drain pipe from my bathtub to replace it, and said Homedepot does not have the pipes they need. They both had argued with each other the whole time they were there. Told me theres nothing we could do, call back Monday. They took off
FAST! Left me with no working shower!
I called somebody else the next day ,he did get parts from Homedepot, finished in 1hr. I called SI Plumbing to complain, they never got back! What kind of busness is this? DO NOT HIRE SI PLUMBING, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!

Don’t even bother calling for a SMALL job, cause they charge LARGE money for a SMALL job.. wanted 5 to 600 to install a kitchen sink. I explained that the old sink was already removed and just needed the new sink put together and plumbed. . ok, I understand time and labor, but after I hung up cause I was disgusted at a 5 to 600 $ ESTIMATE I decided to put the sink together, so simple my daughter could do it, I dropped it in and figured out the plumbing.. I work for a utility ( electric) and maybe it’s just my character but I would be ashamed to charge someone that much money for a relatively easy install for an experienced tradesmen.. wonder what they rip people off for a bigger job.. guess, minus a select few, the days of honesty are gone, so sad.. and I know the guy on the phone would of showed up, said that was an estimate and charged more.. oh and the sink looks great, no thanks to STEALING ISLAND PLUMBING..0 STARS
