I found Roto Rooter through Facebook and validated his reviews on google. We contacted several companies to come out and provide us a quote but the we were sold on the level of professionalism by Eldar when he came to our home.

The overall process was terrific. Eldar and his team exceeded our expectations with the work they had done from the installation all the way to the clean up and even the little detail like going to the store and getting the plate cover to hide the electrical wires.

We highly recommend.

Came across Eldar from Facebook. I have been talking to him about having a central air unit install i finally decided to process the installation. Eldar is well knowledgeable about the havc, he answered all my questions ande he is very detail and clean on his job making sure all the wires and hoses are neat. I am a happy customer.

Ildar installed HVAC units and used for two times and stoped working. Not responding on calls and disappeared .

He is very patient and friendly, to the point where I felt a little guilty - 1st time ever gave a tip for work done (working with GC and other people in the professional services / construction is usually the opposite, you get less than negotiated-however with Roto Rooter HVAC not only did they do the Ductless AC work but they also took away the conventional grandfathered unit (which was dirty, old, heavy) and fixed up the former AC hole to the point that I came out several times after to just admire the work. I’m attaching picture so you can be a judge. In conclusion, I’m extremely happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company any day or the week!

I am so impressed with Eldar and his crew. I'll try to not write too much but this kind of service should be known.

I'm a bit of a do it yourself kind of guy. Boiler stuff, drywall, basic electric, tiling... no problem I could do it. But installing split a.c units is nothing I wanted to mess around with.

I happened to see a neighbor getting this installed and once the owner had them in for a week or so, I asked him his experience.

He went on and on about how good Eldar was. I did my diligence and interviewed other people as well of course including the guy who worked on several houses on my block (whom I didn't even like).

Long story short, Eldar gave me a fair price and even more than that, I liked him and trusted him which is sadly pretty rare nowadays.

His guys followed the exact plan I wanted for the 2 separate units, helped me figure out other aspects and was super responsive.

He said what time he's going to show up (and actually shows up then). Then at around 7pm he asked if it was OK for him and his guys to keep working just in case they'd be interrupting my plans or dinner. I mean who does that? I was blown away.

He completed the job in one day and it looks beautiful and functions incredibly. My wife and I are so happy with his work and professionalism!

So much so, I immediately had him go to my mother's house as she was in need of this too. One week later, her new a.c split units are installed and she is thrilled with them and the service!

If I recommend someone for my mother, they have to be extraordinary. In dealing with so many tradesman with home repair, and being meticulous myself with this stuff I have very little tolerance for poor work or customer service.

However, I could not recommend anyone higher than Eldar and his crew. You will be extremely happy with the job done!

Replaced my Forced Air Heating/AC system. Eldar was Prompt, Professional and Responsive when I had questions. They completed the entire job in two days and for a competitive price. Highly Recommended.
