Very refreshing to deal with EM Mechanical after having a few others come in and give unreasonable and at times unrealistic quotes. Pro tip to such companies. Not everyone is clueless and nowadays people have so many ways to research things before they have someone provide a price.

This company on the other hand was straight and direct with explaining the issue with my Central Air Unit and the options available to me for the repair. Also broke down the rates specifically for what I needed. Very polite and competitive.
