123 HEATING AND COOLING CORP

Really experienced and talented people, with very affordable prices, they came at night and couldn’t find open suppliers to get the parts, so they went and got me 3 electric heaters and made sure we had heat for the cold night!! The next day they came early morning with the original parts and replaced it, meanwhile one person was cleaning the duct and vents, and kept the furniture intact! I requested them to install a new split unit in my bedroom as well. They even gave me couple advices to reduce my gas and electric bill!! Highly recommended in Staten island area

123 heating and cooling service is so bad. I called repair my furnace. They sent someone who has no idea about furnace. I was suffering so cold with my 2 children whole night and next day still they can’t find the problem. Finally found small parts cost $20 but they charged $250 service charges . The guy name is Nabil he robbed my money. I never recommend him to anyone. Stay away from him.

Our heat broke down and we starting making phone calls . 123 heating and cooling was recommended to us from a friend . What a god sent. Mr. Billy was very courteous, professional and beyond fair in pricing. During our call he even had the FaceTime open and walked me through in troubleshooting our issue. After a few minutes his suspicions lead to a board issue. Well he was spot on in resolving our no heat issue . He not only fixed our problem but also did some minor maintenance on our furnace at no extra cost. Mr. Billy is the common man’s HVAC repair man . So personable, technical, professional and down to earth with beyond fair pricing!

They’re chaos that much to have a calendar for appointments!
