Excellent Air Heating & Cooling

I purchased a new AC unit from Gregg and he couldn't have been better. If you deal with the big names in heating and cooling your rolling the dice as to the actual installers. Then if you do have an issue and you call you will start with pushing numbers to get the department you need. There is none of that here. Call Donna will answer the phone and your taken care of. The owner installed my unit and there crews have all been in the business for years. No worries here.

I went on the annual service plan and impressed with how through the tech was. I also purchased a hot water tank and now a 98 efficient furnace . I am very careful when spending my money and am satisfied it has been money well spent.

Called today and within 2 hours or so, Greg was here! I'm sure he had a ton of calls, but when we said we had a 12 year old in the house with asthma and the air wasn't working quite right, he was here and took care of the problem. Thank you so much 😊😊😊

A/C is not working. They came to diagnostic and replace capacitor. Charge me $300 for that but then my basement was flooding.
The guy too busy to check the compressor. He said he came for diagnostic only, not checking that because that's maintenance. If I want, set up another appointment for $99.

Edited; after leaving a review I was contacted right away by Donna (who was great) and she explained the miscommunication between Greg and myself. Very happy with the work that was done and the quick response I received.

Peter was a respectful and polite technician, inspected the furnace thoroughly in order to insure it was ready for our long Western New York winter. Glad to know it's in good hands!

The technician (Lou) was professional and thorough. He shared a lot of information regarding future maintenance. The whole process was smooth and easy. I am very satisfied and will use them in the future.

Seriously, this is how service should be. I felt like I was being helped, they walked me through each step, gave good advice, and established a relationship with a customer for years to come. Great work ethic and even had treats for the dogs.
