Excellent Air is amazing. They installed our new furnace at a price lower than one of the major Rochester HVAC companies had quoted us. They were extremely professional and friendly. They have since replaced a faulty part at no cost and the furnace is running great. This is our HVAC company for life - I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Excellent Air not only provides the best service in town, but they show that they care. When my furnace went out on a Sunday I didn't know who to call. I picked them out of the phone book and I sure picked a winner! They came within an hour and didn't charge "an arm and a leg." Their prices are very fair, their response time is fast and their work is wonderful. Eventually we purchased a new furnace and it's super! They absolutely live up to their name - they're EXCELLENT!

Our furnace had not been serviced in several years and with Winter coming soon, we wanted to get to where we needed to be to stay warm this Winter. Set up an appointment to come to the house. Never showed never called. Guess my business didn't matter to them.

We had our furnace 'tuned up' for the winter (new filters, etc.'... The service technician did a great job! I count on them for fast, reliable, and high quality work. Excellent Air has always met my high standards. I would highly recommend Excellent Air, without any reservations!

Have purchased both my boiler/hot water on-demand system, and recently the Mitsubishi air conditioning system from Excellent Air. Both have worked flawlessly and beyond expectations. Installation for both was very professional. I highly recommend their service and products.

I'm grateful to have a company that is fair, honest and reliable. As a new customer with a leaking furnace, they responded quickly and communicated effectively.

We had a new boiler put in and they were efficient and quoted me a price and stuck to it. We actually were given the option of repairing the boiler but decided to replace it. ( No high pressure sales pitch whatsoever. Would recommend them and have several times since.
