Excellent Air Heating & Cooling

I had a furnace installed by these folks about a week ago. The furnace itself is working wonderfully and I've had zero problems since the install. The people are easy to work with. Greg was very friendly and broke everything down for me so that I could understand what was happening. The installers were extremely professional and left the place neat as a pin. The price was really good as well. I spoke with my brother who used to do HVAC work before he retired and he said even with his discounts he wouldn't be able to do much better for me on price. I will absolutely use this company again. They really are EXCELLENT 😊

Excellent Air gave quality service from the first contact in the office to the last installer at my house. All were responsive, attentive and knowledgeable. Installers were efficient, informative and a pleasure to have in my home. They removed an old oil furnace and replaced it with a new gas furnace; the basement was left very clean. I would recommend Excellent Air to any and all who needed HVAC work done in their home.

Our A/C unit was not working, called Excellent Air. Ryan was awesome, first tried to walk us through troubleshooting over the phone. After we weren't able to do over the phone, he came over and reviewed it himself. Found the issue and fixed it. A/C works better then ever! Thank you Ryan!!!

Wish I can give this company 10 stars. They installed a new furnace and a filter today. They showed up on time. They were very careful at keeping the house clean during and after installation. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure it is easy for me as a customer to know what to do next. They even filled out my RG&E application. These guys know the meaning of excellent customer service. Would strongly recommend them.

Excellent Air responded in less than 24 hours for a faulty condensation drain from the Central Air unit. James was very professional, and demonstrated a high degree of expertise installing a condensation pump, and drain line to the sump pump. I own a duplex that had the original boilers in each unit. Over the 10+ years I owned the property I have had friends tinker with them to get them to work however this time it felt different. It was difficult for me to just tinker with it again not only because it was the tenant this time but I am also a new family with 2 young boys. Not to mention the effectiveness and efficiency were not good at all I came to find out after the new equipment was installed.

Excellent Air is different they really come in and take care of you like family because they are there when you need them and very attentive to your needs. When the tenant noticed a flame outside the boiler I called Greg on a Saturday and her had someone over quickly and I was a first time customer. After initially trying to fix the boilers they found that they were unsafe to use and fixing them was not feasible. So because the boilers could not be turned back on they brought us out space heaters to keep us warm until they could install new ones in the beginning of the week.

Greg was very attentive to my situation and we explored numerous options without pressure in any way other than not turning the boilers back on for our safety. So due to the urgent need of the fix he could have rushed me to buy things I did not need but he understood and found me a very reasonable solution to my financial concerns considering I was buying 2 boilers.

Now we have a warm and cozy house that is efficient so we are not only happy but saving money at the same time....THANKS EXCELLENT AIR!

Excellent Air was very responsive and helped me get my furnace running. They worked with me to get the best option for their visit, and the technician worked on my units to fix several issues I didn’t know about to ensure I am problem free for the remainder of the hearing season. This was the best experience! First, I call and they are extremely flexible with my schedule. Next Greg (owner) came to my home and identified some issues with my duct work and thoroughly explained why I was having some issues with heating my home. I feel I got a fair price for all the work that needed to be done, and felt way more confident in his expertise then the other two companies I received quotes from.

In less than a week they got everything needed to replace my furnace, fix the duct work, and install an A/C unit from scratch. The crew showed up in the morning, laid down cloth so they wouldn't track anything through the house and got to work. 8 hours later they had everything picked up, and we have an extremely comfortable house even though it's close to 90 degrees outside!

They explained how everything would work. Filled put the rebate forms with a stamped envelope for me! They left my basement cleaner than it was when they got here.

I really can't say enough good things about this company... It's a no brainer if you are looking for an HVAC system, and I'd be real surprised if the rest of their services weren't the same. Great job!

My wife and I are 100% satisfied with our new furnace/central air! The crew was professional, courteous, and finished sooner than we estimated. The layout of our new unit/duct work far exceeded our expectations. We have much more headroom than we figured and are very pleased at how neatly they laid out the new system.
