    As always, we had a great experience with Excellent Air Heating & Cooling, and I can't recommend these folks enough. The technician - Josh - arrived on time and was completely professional. Answered any questions I had, and really went above and beyond what was required during the maintenance process. I offhandedly mentioned that we had a gas heater in the attic that hadn't worked correctly for years. They don't normally service this type of heater, but Josh said he'd take a look. Long story short, he took the front off the heater, went to work with a cleaning brush & vacuum, and a few minutes later that heater was working like it was brand new. The price for the heater repair? How about $0.00? Now I ask you, when was the last time you had service like that from any company? This is a top notch organization, and I would recommend them highly. This is an honest review. Credit where credit is due. I have no connection to this company whatsoever other than being a satisfied customer.

    James was wonderful. He came late Saturday around 5:30 and installed a water heater. Our was leaking so it had to be done immediately. He was thorough and cleaned up everything. We feel so much better now that we have a new tank.

    I called based upon online reviews, and word of mouth, for a central a/c to be installed. I made an appointment and met with Greg 2 days later (Fast).
    After speaking with him about different options and pricing (Knowledge), i agreed for an install. The crew was at my home 2 days later installing the a/c unit and completed the job in about 3 hrs. (Efficient) The crew put down drop clothes in my home and cleaned up any mess. (Professional)
    After they left I did notice a very minor problem. I contacted the office and a tech was at my house the next day.(Customer Service)
    In conclusion all I can say id if you want a company with great customer service, who are efficient, fast, professional and knowledgeable, Excellent Heating and Air IS THE ONE!

    Our furnace was malfunctioning, and with the temperature dropping we were hoping to have someone to take a look at our furnace the same day. Excellent AH&C had great customer service on the phone, and they talked us through a few potential issues before setting up an appointment for later that afternoon. They were here within a few hours, and called ahead of time to give us a heads up they were on their way (we really appreciated this). Neal was great and did a very thorough job inspecting and fixing the furnace. Even though he was fairly certain the issue was with the filter, he made sure to do some diagnostics to make sure the furnace was in good shape otherwise. I will be sure to use this company again in the future for all maintenance and installs, and I would highly recommend them! Not only do they do great work, but the total cost was less than the base price for a service call from several other companies we called (and those companies could not have someone out the same day).     We recently had two brand new boilers replaced by Excellent Air Heating and Cooling in our home and rental unit. Not only did they make a quick emergency visit to our home over the weekend but they drew up plans, provided space heaters for us, and walked us through the process with expertise. You can tell that they are truly passionate about meeting the needs of their customers. On installation day, they sent a full crew to do both installs at once. Every technician was professional, kind and respectful of our home. They worked efficiently and made sure everything was just as clean as when they arrived. We are very pleased with the work that they did for us and would HIGHLY recommend them to others.

    Greg and his team replaced my furnace more than 10 years ago and added central air a few years later and have been servicing both since then. The Excellent Air team is responsive, friendly and efficient. Unlike some of the big business operations that want you to wait at home for a 4 hour slot that they may come during for the service;Excellent Air schedules a time, calls 20 minutes ahead of time to give a "heads up we are coming" and then is on time. Lastly, over the past 10+ years besides routine maintence service, I have only required an actual service call once. This is a tribute to the great products Excellent Air works with but more so the high level of professional knowledge and installation skills the team has. Like my furnace, always there, always ready to work, steadfastly reliable - Greg has built Excellent Air and his team to be the same.

    If you are looking for a professional business that cares about its customers, then go no further then this one. I had a old furnace and they have fixed it for a reasonable price for three years. It then broke, and they not only had one of the best prices / best options to fix it, but did it the next day. The technicians were extremely professional, friendly, and willing to go out of their way to ensure every aspect worked and the area was cleaned when they left. I will continue to use this business as long as I'm in Rochester.

    Side Note ** This business is DEAF FRIENDLY and has a great technician that can not only sign, but provide some of the best HVAC service I've seen.

    I had a wonderful experience with Excellent Air! What makes them truly exceptional was that they sent over Neil Curran, an amazing technician that is fluent in American Sign Language. It's a rare thing to experience, as a Deaf person, to communicate with professionals about my house in sign language without an interpreter or needing to use paper/pen methods. I have so much respect for a company that is willing to not only provide full access to communication but also hire one of our own in the community.

    Neil was phenomenal at explaining every portion of my HVAC system. I asked so many questions because being a homeowner was new to me. He helped me understand how parts work and identified quirks in my system, and showed me how to efficiently use it. He performed maintenance service on both furnace and AC as well as explain my maintenance schedule in great detail, giving me confidence that if things do go wrong, I know who's in my corner and what to do.
